ruhige Lage

Das Haus besticht durch seine tolle Lage, weil es sehr ruhig liegt und trotzdem nur einen Katzensprung von Polignano und Monopoli entfernt ist. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand was dem freundlichen Vermieter Michele zu verdanken ist. Michele hat uns herzlich Empfangen und sich Zeit genommen, die naheliegende Gegebenheiten uns persönlich zu zeigen, was uns half sich schnell und einfach zu orientieren. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie z.B. schöne und neue Handtücher, Wasser und Milch im Kühlschrank, eine Flasche Wein, Tee, Kaffee etc. empfanden wir als sehr Gastfreundschaftlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sehr sicher gefühlt. Empfehlenswert ist die Badebucht San Giorgio. Grazie mille Michele per tutto

Une villa au cadre agreable

Tout dabord un grand merci a Monsieur Michèle Giannuzzi pour son accueil. il a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir la villa, et a mis a notre disposition de l'eau fraîche dans le frigo des notre arriver. Il a également mis a notre disposition l'essentiel tel que café, biscuits, huile,vinaigre,prise pour moustique etc...etc... la villa se trouve en pleine campagne dans un endroit calme. elle est entourer d’olivier et d'arbre fruitier. elle dispose de tout le confort serviette de bain,draps, climatisation, TV, parking voiture,double vitrage,et d'une très grande terrasse. la propriété était propre a notre arriver. elle est situer a environ 7 km de Castellana et polignano. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter les villes alentours comme, alberobello, Castellana grotte,conversano etc etc ... bref c'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer ,profiter du calme ,et du très beau coucher de soleil sur les oliviers.
