VILLA PISCADERA - Luxury tropical villa with private pool near the beach

Villa Piscadera with large private pool is located at the Piscadera Bay Resort, a very well know park on one of the most beautiful spots on the island.

You will stay in a tropical oasis of green among palm trees, oleander, bougainvillea, banana plants and singing birds.

The resort has 24/7 security.

The house is situated on a plot of 1000m2 and is surrounded by tropical vegetation. The living room and the large terrace flow seamlessly into each other through 2 huge sliding doors on two sides. At the swimming pool of 11x4 mtr there are several seating areas, 4 sunbeds and a large lounge area. At any time of the day you can find a spot with shade, or with sun, the choice is yours!
The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace offers space for 8 people and of course the BBQ is not missing.

The living room (8x8) has a cozy sitting area, ceiling fans for extra cooling and Smart TV giving you access to hundreds of TV channels, including all Dutch and most European channels and American sports and media channels.
The kitchen in a corner of the living room has a cooking island with bar, where you can sit comfortably while cooking is taking place. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker nespresso, toaster, kettle and a large amount of crockery and kitchen utensils. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and large cooler for the beach. There are also some children's toys, many board games, high chair and cot available.

The master bedroom has patio doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also of good size and share the other bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a workplace.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets on the windows.

The resort is located 3-5 minutes walk from three beautiful beaches and is located behind Marriott and Dreams Hotels, with casino, diving schools, bars and restaurants.
Behind the WTC is a boardwalk is called, with a walking and jogging trail along the ocean.

Our guests have free access to Pirates Bay Restaurant and Beach Club, which is a 4-minute walk from the resort. You get the right tropical island feeling here: a lovely sandy beach with palm trees, gently sloping into the sea, a child-friendly restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a cozy bar with happy hours and regular live music. Pizzeria Tomatoes is located next to it, right near the sea, there is a Spanish tapas restaurant as well as the famous Restaurant De Visserij.
On this beach you will also find a good PADI dive school.

The driving time to Willemstad is only 5 minutes.
Due to the central location on the island, both the popular beaches on the east side as well as the more authentic and beautiful beaches on the west side are very easily and quickly accessible.

Within 5 minutes driving time are 2 large supermarkets and Sambil Mall with numerous shops, cinema, large modern gym, food court, bowling alley and an indoor playground.

Travel time to and from the airport is only 10-15 min.
