Villa South Beach accommodates up to 8 guests and features:

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, and an American-style refrigerator with ice dispenser.

Large folding doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The expansive terrace stretches across the entire front of the villa and offers panoramic island views, spectacular sunsets, and a pleasant Caribbean breeze throughout the day.

Bedrooms & Occupancy
For reservations of up to 6 guests, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are included.
For reservations of 7 or 8 guests, the private studio with its own bathroom is automatically added. The studio rental fee of €60 per night will be added after booking.
Traveling with fewer than 7 guests but would like to use the studio for extra privacy? This can be arranged for an additional fee. Simply mention this in your inquiry or reservation.
We kindly ask guests to provide the correct number of guests when booking.

Additional Information
A refundable security deposit of €650 is required for your stay.
Water and electricity consumption are not included in the rental rate and will be deducted from the security deposit after departure based on actual usage.

• Electricity: €0.55 per kWh
• Water: €8.00 per m³
Meter readings are taken together with the property manager upon arrival and departure.
As a guideline, a family of four using two bedrooms typically spends approximately €10–€15 per day on water and electricity under normal usage.
