Beautiful apartment on the ocean

Beautiful and well appointed apartment, with the Malecon and the ocean right at your doorstep. Air conditioning and wifi all worked great, and the owner left some juice, milk, cereal and bread out for us, which was very much appreciated, since we got in a bit late. There was a minor problem with the electricity to the apartment one day (on Christmas Eve!), but the owner worked extremely hard to get an electrician out the same day to fix the problem. I was very impressed that the owner cared enough to get this done. Getting an electrician out on Christmas Eve in Santo Domingo could not have been easy. Overall, she was very responsive, and took care of everything. Building security was very good. You need a keycard to get into the building, and a remote control to access the garage (the apartment includes a garage space, if you have - or rent - a car). There is a security guard on duty most times. The apartment comfortably sleeps 5. There are two bedrooms with double beds, and an alcove off of the living room with a sofa/futon. The balcony is quite large, and the ocean view is awesome. There is a parking lot across the street (by the ocean) where several food trucks set up in the evening every day. They actually put out tables, play music and have menus. The food is actually pretty good, and the biggest food truck makes a really good pina colada! Oceanfront dining at its finest! Overall, a really good experience, and would definitely recommend.

Very beautiful apartment. Beautiful view of the clear blue ocean. Very easy to boca chica beach. Rooms a very private. With private bathroom . The owner is very friendly. Anything we need she got us. She had food waiting for us when we checked in. It’s was 6 of us staying here and we all was very happy. I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK !!❤️Loved it !

Excellent stay. Nice clean apartment your best choice

We have been traveling to Santo Domingo for over 15 years. This was our best stay. We used to stay in the resort and other 5 stars hotels. And this is by far the best. Location is extremely convenient. It's a nice apartment with parking in the building with elevator. Nice big balcony facing the ocean. The owner is extremely friendly. We got there midnight they where waiting for us with a grocery order like juice and milk bread some soft drinks. So we could prepare a breakfast. Also in the apartment there is free wifi. And cable TV. We even made a BBQ grill on the balcony. Oh and BTW security 24 /7.. We are coming back next month to this place. I love it.
