The appartment is locateed next to historical center of Athens city and near the area of the Acropolis. It is an elegant appartment minimal decorated, fully equipped and in order to fulfill the everyday needs of every traveler and tourist.
The apartment which has three separate bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed and two with two single beds, the single beds can be joined to one king-size double bed. There are also, a spacious open-plan living room with fully equiped kitchen, a fully equiped bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtube for two persons and a saperate shower with cabin.

A Perfect aplace in Athens

We are a group if six and found this delightful apartment perfect for our stay. It is walking distance to the Plaka and the entrance to the Parthenon. It is all one needs and the owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Good location

Had a very nice stay. Location was good, near the acropolis and within walking distance. Also near metro station that we took from the airport. Only downside was the busy street noise. The place was clean with all the accommodations needed for our stay including a washing machine.

Close to the Acropolis

Apartment was just as advertised, renovated and comfortable. Bedding and towels were phenomenal. We were able to walk to all of the sites and restaurants we wanted to visit during our 4 days in Athens. Also close to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

amazing apartment in central Athens

We (my wife and I and three 12 year old grandkids) stayed at the apartment for 9 days on July, 2022. The place was clean, fully functional, modern and well located. It served as our base for trips within and without Athens. The owner was gracious to wait for us when our plan was delayed until almost midnight. The located is within minutes of shopping, restaurants and amny sites. Could not have asked for more.

Wonferful place clean house

Everything is cool the house clean the only one thing we claim or missing the housekeeping did not come to clean or visit during all 5 days let me hope you will fix it for the future .we spent a good time in Greece the lovly people in the street when you ask help everone try to help you. we love Athens Thank you so much stay blessed🙏🙏

Great location, very comfortable beds.

Very clean, spacious and modern. Met by hosts at check in who were very kind and helpful. Good communication throughout. Beds were extremely comfortable. Air conditioning throughout. Location was excellent. Apparemment had everything we needed. We stayed for 4 nights with 3 teenage children. Only small issue was the shower over flows but there is a drain on the bathroom floor for the excess water. It is just slippery (especially if children are younger) and needs drying with a towel. Hosts were very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay. 😊

Great find!

This was a wonderful property conveniently located to the Acropolis Museum and metro system. Great food recommendations were given and at check in, George met us and took the time to sit down and show us what not to miss in Athens. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed during our 5 day stay. It was a little noisy at night along the main road but i found that to be the case with most of the places I stayed in Athens. Regarding the negative review about the break-in, the locks were changed immediately and we never felt unsafe during our stay. Please dont let that deter you. It was a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts!

Wonderful property

This is a great place to stay in the historical centre of Athens. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and has recently been modernized and renovated. It looks brand new and is sparkling clean. Stavroula, our host, met us personally and ran through the apartment and the neighborhood and all that we needed to know for our stay in Athens. It’s on a busy street but is quiet at night. 5-10 minute walk to grocery store, great restaurants, and Acropolis. Our host was available 24/7 to help with any questions. You can’t do better for an apartment/condo in Central Athens. Comfortable, Spacious. Modern. Clean. Well appointed. Would stay again. Thanks Stavroula!

Close to Everything

My wife and I, plus our 3 boys (15, 19 and 21) all enjoyed staying here. It was walking distance to restaurants, banks, shopping, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Changing of the Guards at the Greek Parliament, a short taxi to the Parthenon and the cruise ships. Do note (as the listing shows) that there's only One bathroom... I recommend using the hand-held shower sprayer to prevent water escaping, as well as turning off the water to soap down (with this many people) to avoid losing hot water. By the way, the faucet water is safe to drink, unlike the islands. Overall, we found this place to be spacious, very clean, very modernized, has a balcony and interesting window blinds (be sure to ask for instructions on how to use them). Ask for directions on the laundry machine as it is in Greek... not sure which cycle I chose, but it took a long time to wash, so plan accordingly (plus for drying on the clothes rack as there is no dryer). If your flight is delayed (like ours was) and you have to do a late night check-in (midnight or so), be prepared to pay an extra 40 Euro's. This was not listed in the description of the listing, and I can understand there can be an extra charge since this isn't a 24/7 hotel, but I was a bit shocked to find out there was a charge and how expensive it was. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, great area

The host met us upon arrival & was so sweet, provided a map & info on the area. The apartment is lovely. It's a "tech" driven apartment. If you are susceptible to issues with the heat, this is not the apartment for you. When you enter & exit the unit, you put a key fob into a slot by the door - that's what turns off & on the electricity in the apartment. Which means, when you leave everyday, the air conditioning turns off. There’s something to be said for being out all day in the 100+ degree heat & returning to a nice cool living space (this was not it). The bathroom does not have an a/c unit in, so it was like a sauna. It was so extremely hot during our stay the air wouldn’t even really circulate in the apartment & the bathroom was always hot (the layout of the apartment). The a/c units each have a remote control and are set so that you cannot turn it down past a certain temp. I understand that to the extent of saving on both electricity and costs. We knew coming “home” each day how awful it was going to be. It took hours for the apartment to cool down because the heat was so extreme. While the unit was on a busy street, it wasn’t noisy or loud. The apartment is steps away from coffee shops & restaurants. A very short walk to other area highlights. There is a previous review regarding a break in - we never felt unsafe. The door & the locking bolts are very secure. If it wasn't for the weather it would have been perfect!

Athens is not safe.

Athens is extremely unsafe. This property was broken into a few hours after we had checked in and left shortly for dinner. Someone knew we were checking in and when we left. Police said there was a theft every five minutes in Athens and didn’t want to mess with it. Be safe and travel to other countries, not Greece
