La principal ventaja del apartamento es su ubicación en el corazón de los Sitios Arqueológicos Unificados de Atenas (UASA). Lo siguiente le ayudará a orientarse al planificar su itinerario diario. Todo a poca distancia.

Al salir de la entrada principal de la casa, gire a la izquierda y a diez metros de distancia se encuentra la calle peatonal principal Apostolou Pavlou. Estás en la esquina de Iouliou Smith y cuando regreses, tu punto de referencia será el puesto de helados.

Charming apartment with the Best Location/View

This was our second time staying at this fantastic property, this time with our family of 5. The sofa folds out into what may be the most comfortable convertible bed we’ve experienced. The beds in the other two bedrooms were comfortable, and with the quiet part of town and room-darkening shutters, we slept well. Staying here made our short stay in Athens even better. We were close enough to walk to everything we wished to see. The spacious and well-stocked apartment is accompanied by a charming courtyard and stairs to the rooftop, where we thoroughly enjoyed the views of the city, Acropolis, and the neighboring outdoor movie while relaxing with our family. Our host was wonderful, check-in was easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

Spectacular Stay in the Heart of Athens!We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful property! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything, just steps away from fantastic restaurants, bars, and a short walk to all the major attractions. It made exploring Athens so easy and enjoyable.The home itself was well-stocked and comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer during our stay, as well as plenty of fresh towels. The outdoor spaces were especially lovely—a peaceful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Our daughters especially enjoyed climbing up to the rooftop patio each night to watch the outdoor movie—such a fun and memorable touch!This place was the perfect home base for our time in Athens, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Acropolis View

I highly recommend this 2 BR Apt for a visit to Athens, whether it's your first visit or you're a returning visitor. This was our first visit. We usually stay in hotels, but this apt was perfect for my wife and me and our young adult daughter to have her own room and bathroom. The location couldn't be better. With a beautiful courtyard to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing and a rooftop deck with an incredible view of the Acropolis, especially when it is lit up at night, there is no need to seek out expensive restaurants or fancy hotels with views of the Acropolis. We had that view every day with a short climb up the spiral staircase to the roof. Situated on a quiet neighborhood street, but only a few steps from the main pedestrian walkway to the Acropolis in one direction and restaurants, cafes, and gelato stands in the other. Paul and Chris were excellent hosts seeing to it that our stay was perfect. Paul has put together an information book that he provides in advance with everything you need to know about the apt and suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Paul provided helpful communications before the trip and once we arrived, Chris took over to make sure someone was at the apt to meet us and that we had everything we needed at the apt. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Athens if 2 bedrooms are again required.

Unbelievable location!

The apartment was just as advertised. A nice garden area/sitting area with shade. Could use a couple of armchairs in the living room for seating when the couches used as a sofa bed. Rooftop has a small table with four chairs. Very nice view of the acropolis lit up at night. The award-winning open air theater is just next to the apartment. The movie “Minions” was playing one night, so the kids watched it in English with Greek subtitles. Everything worked well. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary dishes, silverware, implements. But best by far is the amazing location: walking distance of every major site and museum, except for the National Archaeological Museum. Beautiful evening walks with the acropolis lit up above. Many fine restaurants nearby. The owner is very responsive and anxious to please.

Location, Location, Location!!!

As the other reviews indicate, You cannot have a better location for seeing the Acropolis and Parthenon in Athens, Greece! From the rooftop patio, to the secure private courtyard, you have many options to relax and have beautiful views. We were able to sleep six comfortably and the house was clean and tidy with many amenities for your stay. Just a few steps from your front door, there is a coffee and ice cream shop. A few steps more and you have many restaurant options with views of the Parthenon. Many of the major sites to see in Athens is within walking distance. The only time we need transportation was to head to the port to do some Island hopping. The host left us a basket of treats upon our arrival and the communication was great. I will definitely be recommending this house to any of our friends that will be going to Athens. It is truly a gem!

Amazing host and location!!

Paul and Chris were absolutely phenomenal! Our first stop in Greece was to Athens and was so smooth due to all their guidance and help with transfers, checking in, and advice for what to do. The apartment was very clean, very safe/secure and spacious for our family of 6. Very highly recommend! The location is perfect with many amazing restaurants, shopping and sites to see nearby. The proximity and view of the Acropolis was on point! The outdoor theater was an added bonus. Any questions and ideas for trips were immediately answered. Thank you, best hosts ever! Lovely Stay in Athens

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, The location was very convenient for sightseeing and walking to restaurants. We loved the view from the rooftop and enjoyed looking at the Acropolis all lit up every night. The unit was spacious and perfect for a group of 5.

Perfect Location

Such a perfect location. We were able to walk out the front door to go do touristy things, pop back to cool off and refresh for dinner, and then head back out and find terrific restaurants. Beautiful garden area and rooftop that I wish we would have had more time to enjoy. If you had littles to get to bed or take a nap, this would be a lovely area to enjoy a glass of wine. Huge advantage to not staying in a hotel. Arriving is a little tricky since it is located off a pedestrian street, but owners answered our phone call from taxi. Also it was quiet with no street traffic. Thanks for a great stay!

Athens Visit

We traveled with four adults and two children. This was the perfect place to visit Athens before embarking on our cruise. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere (Acropolis, Olympic Stadium, neighborhoods). Also, we shopped at the supermarket, ate at nearby restaurants, and relaxed on the rooftop deck in the evenings as well as the patio in the mid mornings. I highly recommend.

Great location!!!! Great View!!!!

The location of the apartment is right in the heart of the Acropolis area and walking distance to the gate of the Acropolis and great restaurants and bars. There is also a metro station that can get you to the port for day trips to other islands (I recommend Hydra). The host is very communicative before your stay and will answer any question you have. They had someone meet us at the apartment at arrival and help us get acclimated. They also respond immediately to any request. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and can easily accommodate a family of 4. It is fully equipped with anything you'll need. We were very happy with our stay. Plus the view from the roof top is THE BEST!!!!

Very good, very bad experience

The property is everything it is advertised to be. Very clean, comfortable, and superb location. Completely met our expectations. The owner had given us instructions, written in Greek, to hand to the taxi driver making it very easy to get to the property from the cruise ship terminal. Our 3-night stay was perfect until we were burglarized on the last night. We left the property to walk to a nearby restaurant, an observant neighbor across the street noticed 3 men enter the apartment through the front door immediately after we left, raising her suspicions. We had left the door locked and also the dead bolt. The neighbor called the property manager, who lives on the same street, and he went to the property and caught the burglars ransacking our possessions. 2 burglars ran past the manager and out the front door, the other escaped over the rear wall of the courtyard. We lost passports, cell phones, cash, and jewelry. The owner of the property owned an adjacent home and gave us the use of it while we sorted out our situation and obtained temporary passports at the US Embassy. Athens is a very beautiful city to visit but I recommend taking the warnings of pickpockets and thieves very seriously, be careful with your important possessions at all times. Our losses would have been worse but not for the observant neighbor and nearby responsive manager. The owners graciously gave us the use of his personal adjacent residence to stay in while we got new passports

Family visit to Athens

We rented the flat for part of our Greece holiday. The flat was in a great location - close to lots of restaurants, bakeries, shops, and a metro stop. We had a nice view of the Acropolis from the terrace, AND a view of the outdoor movie theater next door. Chris was a great host meeting us at the flat, helping with the checkin, and providing recommendations for Athens. We will definitely try to stay here in the future.

Perfect location, Perfect View,

Perfect and safe location by the Parthenon, as a matter of fact you have a beautiful view on third floor patio of the Parthenon . Plus from the third floor you can watch a movie at the outside theatre next door! Very clean and host was wonderful and gives you lots of information when planning a trip. It’s a real gem!!

Comfort and location

We loved this comfortable apartment with its roof-top view of the Acropolis. You just step out the door and there you are, at the foot of one of the most amazing places in the world. We walked the flea markets and visited the Ancient Agora and the Roman Agora, and much, much more. We'd do it again, any time.

Acropolis View Apartment

Location, location, location. The apartment was nice, roomy and worked really well for our party of 4 (2 couples). It had all the amenities you would need for cooking, relaxing and socializing. The bedrooms were comfortable and separated for privacy. The views from both inside and on the rooftop patio of the Acropolis were stunning as well. The top benefit of this apartment was the location. It was just a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. The restaurant selection close by was excellent and quiet. The Plaka area was a 10 minute walk when we wanted to be more in the mix. Our hosts Paul and Chris were exceptional and responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. We had a great time in Athens and it started with the quality of this apartment.

After selling my software company in the USA my wife and I, both art collectors, founded the Herakleidon Museum situated not far from this rental. Our main house in Athens connects to the rental through the garden. We bought it and restored it to accommodate our many guests. We decided to rent it and all proceeds are donated to our museum.

Location, location, location. Look at the map and you will realize that it is located at the heart of the Unified Archeological Sites of Athens. From here you can walk everywhere and if what you want to see is further away, the metro station is a mere ten minutes walk.
It is a fully equipped contemporary apartment in a two story house. It occupies the top floor and below is our storage space. You will be the only tenants during your stay.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

After spending a couple of hours on top of the Acropolis in the summer you will appreciate the option to return to the apartment, relax, take a shower and resume your visit. Please note that Google Maps shows the Acropolis being 2.6 miles away! This is an absurdity since you can walk to the top in less than 15 minutes.
