Welcome to our fully equipped SUMMER/WINTER home in Capitana, at just 20 Km from the vibrant city of Cagliari. Located at literally 30m from the sea, the house offers a peaceful and very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for both leisure and remote work. We offer MONTHLY DISCOUNTS ranging from 20% to 40% off the standard daily rate to encourage longer stays. The home is equipped with a fast and reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming on the brand-new 43" SMART TV or handling work needs. You'll enjoy year-round comfort with AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING and a cozy FIREPLACE. We've installed DOUBLE-GLAZED windows throughout the house to enhance insulation and ensure a quiet indoor environment. Located along one of Sardinia’s most scenic coastal roads, you’ll have access to some of the island’s finest beaches. Two of the windows offer beautiful sea views. We have a large private garden, two floors, and a spacious basement for storage. The open-plan dining area has two French doors leading to the garden, and there’s a patio with a barbecue for outdoor meals. Our fully renovated kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including an induction cooker, extractor, solid wood table, oven, built-in fridge-freezer, and dishwasher for six people.
The living room has a sofa-bed and a sofa with three seats in front of fireplace and the SMART TV. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and heating. One has direct access to a private veranda with a washing machine.
The bathroom has been completely renovated to the highest standards. It includes a spacious and stylish shower cabin, a sink on a solid wood counter, a bidet. The floor is made of distinctive checkerboard floor tiles, very characteristic. Finally, on the ground floor there’s also a practical outdoor shower with hot water, perfect after a day at the beach.

Comfortable stay near beautiful beaches

Comfortable and well equipped home for a family vacation. near amazing beaches. A family of four, kids 12 and 14, we had great time exploring southern Sardinia using the house in Capitana as our base. It was very relaxing to start our mornings in the beautiful garden with a cup of coffee while looking at the sea and listening to birds. Definitely recommend this well maintained property and helpful hosts.

Great Stay!

The house was very well equipped and communication with Andrea was easy and prompt. The check in/check out processes were more thorough than many other VRBO stays that we've had and was really appreciated. The location is about 50 yards from a nice, rocky beach, The location also provided some nice restaurants and grocery stores within 10 minutes and drives to Cagliari and Villasimius were easy.

It was a nice property However you needed to drive for everything and no strolling in the evening in town too far away The property lacked a few things ie clock anywhere Side Tables in The living room we needed to Use the floor I had to cut many branches off the bushes outside as we couldn’t get in and out of the car in the parking area

Un vrai coin de paradis!

La maison d'Andrea est ideale pour des vacances en famille: tout le nécessaire est prévu et la maison est située à 5 minutes à pieds. Andrea a été très prévenant. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

A due passi dal mare

Piacevole scoperta Villa Capitana, immersa in un giardino di pini e oleandri a pochi metri da un magnifico mare con spiaggie di sabbia, ciotoli e sassi in un'ampia baia sempre a misura di uomo anche in agosto. Casa spaziosa e super attrezzata con patio arredato e sempre ombreggiato. Comodissima doccia coperta esterna e parcheggio davanti casa. Sono stati 15 splendidi gg di vacanze con amici all'insegna del mare, natura e relax. Ringrazio il proprietario Andrea per la gentilezza e disponibilità.

Tolles Ferienhaus am Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 6tägigen Aufenthalt im Haus von Andrea. Das Haus liegt mit Blick auf das Meer. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sogar einen Netflix-Zugang gibt es. Super Küche, gemütlicher Wohnbereich, Sonnenliegen im Garten... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfekt ausgestattetes, großzügiges Haus mit großem Garten

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Capitana. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gro?zügig und für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend, die Ausstattung in Küche und Bad ließ keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abgelegen, ohne Auto kann man eigentlich nichts erreichen. Das war aber wirklich auch das einzige Manko, insgesamt hatten wir eine perfekte Woche. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber Andrea.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, la maison était prête pour nous accueillir avec toutes les explications fournies notamment pour l'alarme. La maison est située au bout d'une impasse ce qui fait que c'est très calme. On peut prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer qui est à 50 mètres. La pièce de vie est séparée des pièces de nuit (à l'étage). La salle d'eau de l'étage a été refaite entièrement. On s'en est peu servi. On a utilisé essentiellement la douche extérieure qui est très grande (entre 5 et 6m²), protégée par 4 murs car accessible de l'intérieur de la maison. Les chambres sont grandes. Il y a assez de draps, serviettes de bain... La literie est un peu molle pour nous, mais ce n'est qu'une question d'appréciation pour chacun. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y a même des produits de première nécessité (sel, poivre, cure dents, huile, sucre...) et des produits d'entretien. La cuisine manque juste de prises. Il faut penser à prendre des multiprises. Une lampe anti moustiques a été très appréciable. Un barbecue est à disposition avec tout son matériel. La terrasse est équipée d'une table (un peu juste pour manger à quatre personnes) sous un store. Il y a un jardin ombragé pour les enfants. La clim est présente dans les 2 chambres et la pièce de vie. Il y a le wifi. La plage se situe à 200 mètres de la maison. Et comme une grande partie des plages de Sardaigne, elle n'est pas large mais très appréciable. L'eau est très claire, les enfants ont pied loin et la mer est assez calme. On a un petit supermarché à 1km et un Carrefour à 13km. On est à 21km de Cagliari. On peut facilement se déplacer pour visiter le sud. Capitana n'est toutefois pas une station balnéaire. Il n'y a pas forcément de trottoir pour se balader ou aller au supermarché à pied surtout avec des enfants. Il y a quelques restaurants aux alentours, une pizzéria (très bonne). Si vous souhaitez être au calme, c'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de belles plages et de visites dans le sud.

Séjour maison capitana

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances dans la maison d’Andrea. La maison est mitoyenne d’un côté et donne sur un jardin de l’autre. Un parking sépare la maison de la mer. Elle est très bien situé par rapport aux différentes plages à proximité en voiture. De très belles plages à 10 15 minutes de voiture sont disponibles et avec une vue exceptionnel sur la baie. La maison est bien équipée notamment la cuisine, l’accès Netflix et une bonne literie. Il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas de WC en bas. Une plage peut-être accessible à pied à gauche du bunker en passant sur les galets. Petit bémol dans le quartier, c’est les aboiements de chien qui sont fréquents. Andrea et sa femme nous ont bien reçus et etaient disponible à tout moment pour d éventuelles questions. Je recommande cette location.

Ein schönes Haus fast direkt am Meer.

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit vielen Küchengeräten. Der Garten ist bezaubernd mit einem wunderbarem Duft nach Kiefern und Meer. Das WLAN arbeitet einwandfrei und man kann den Netflix Zugang des Gastgebers nutzen. Roberta war beim Check-In und Check-out sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Andrea half sofort bei kleinen Fragen z.B. zum Grillen. Kleine Einschränkung: zwischen Haus und Strand ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz und zum Baden ist das Meeresufer vor dem Haus nicht so geeignet, da es große Kieselsteine hat. Der nächste, sehr schöne Sandstrand ist Poetto in Cagliari. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr gut erholt.

Lovely stay af the beach

We had a wonderful holiday in this well-equiped house. Everything you might need is there. Andrea is very helpful. You can walk along the shore for som 200 metres to a lovely beach. Who needs costa Rei???? When you want to stay in, the internet wotks fine and netflix is included. We stayed here when it was 40 degrees but the airco made it bearable. Next trip we will stay here again!

Casa stupenda e accessoriata

Casa stupenda, super accessoriata, si trova in una posizione perfetta, affianco al mare con un giardino enorme. Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una settimana: arrivati ci hanno fatto trovare tutto pronto e alla nostra partenza sono passati a salutare. Persone a modo e gentili. Tolles Haus

Ganz tolles Feriendomizil. Sehr nah am Meer. Super eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Strandtücher in ausreichenden Anzahl vorhanden. Toller und großzügiger Garten. Sehr gute Internetverbindung. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Rundum haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Würden wir wieder machen

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus direkt am Meer gelegen, ruhige Lage, trotzdem fußläufig zu erreichende Märkte,eine Marina mit Freizeitangebooten in der Nähe.Freies unbegrenztes W-LAN.Die Klimaanlagen sind bei den Temperaturen ein Geschenk.Daumen hoch.Sardinien lohnt sich!

Super schönes und sauberes Haus!

Wir waren letzte Woche zu fünft in dem Ferienhaus von Andrea und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen sauber (wird sogar von einer Putzfrau geputzt) und sehr gemütlich. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände in angenehmer Fahr-Entfernung und zudem auch noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10min Fußweg. Von dem Garten aus konnten wir jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachten und auch sonst herrschte eine sehr idyllische Atmosphäre. Am ersten Tag wurden wir von Adreas Mutter schon erwartet, die sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat uns das Haus zu zeigen und alles zu erklären. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!!

Ein schönes Haus

Wir haben in diesem Reihenendhaus fast zwei Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Von der Terasse kann man das Meer sehen. Die schönsten Strände Sardiniens sind ein paar Kilometer weit entfernt, mit einem Auto von dort promblemlos zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit dort noch einmal Urlaub machen.

Top Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten, leider nicht mit direktem Strandzugang

Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie und haben 13 Tage in Sardinien verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich super, frisch renoviert, mit allem ausgestattet ( Alarmanlage, WLAN, Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage.....) und das für mich wichtigste sauber und frisch geputzt. Die Sitzcouch ist nagelneu, ebenso die Küche und das Badezimmer. Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von zwei Personen empfangen ( italienisch und englisch sprechend ). Im Kühlschrank standen schon Tomaten, Wasser, zwei Flaschen Wein und frisch gemahlener Kaffee. Zum kochen waren Gewürze, Nudeln und sogar ganze Tomaten in der Dose vorhanden. Die Küche ist reichlich mit Gläsern, Geschirr und Kochutensilien bestückt. Sämtliche Putz - Spül - und Waschmittel waren da. Eine Menge frisch gewaschener Handtücher und Bettwäsche lagen bereit. Der Vermieter hat Listen angefertigt und bereitgelegt auf denen alles Wichtige steht ( wo finde ich was.... z.B. Supermarkt, Bankautomaten, Restaurants ) , ebenso ganz viel Informationsmaterial über Sardinien. Die Vermieter waren zu jeder Zeit auf dem Handy erreichbar und haben uns bei einem Problem sofort weitergeholfen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist der fehlende Strandzugang in direkter Nähe, von dem wir ausgingen ( auch anhand der eingestellten Fotos vom Meer ). Ein Leihwagen ist deshalb fast zwingend notwendig. Aber alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend!!
