This property is located in a well maintained, gated community with security. The property is very nice with all the amenities necessary to have a pleasant stay for either a couple or a small family. When we first arrived, one of the previous guests had tripped the GFI receptacles circuits, so there was no power in the kitchen or bathrooms. We couldn't find the circuit breaker panel, so we couldn't rectify the situation ourselves, however, the property manager and her husband promptly corrected the situation. We also had some difficulty the electronic door lock initially, however, this turned out to be a learning curve situation. Overall, this property was very nice and would be a good place to rent for either a couple or a small family.

Very spacious, lots of room for everyone

The unit was as described in the post, 4 bedroom, 2 story. What we appreciated but was not mentioned in the listing was 3 full bathrooms. That was a big plus for us, as we were a group of 7.

Terrible Owner... DONT BOOK here

Don't book at this property or with this owner at any of her properties. She double book us with another family, upon arriving at property we used the access code given to us thru email when we paid invoice in full. There was already a family inside eating dinner, who freak out and started to grab knives to defend themselves. Rightfully so the were as confused as we were, needless to say this could have ended very, very bad for either party. Upon dialing all the numbers provided for over an hour, we get a friend of the owner who "look after properties" for her because she lives in Argentina. He said we had wrong date or wrong property, after sending numerous emails, screen shots and calls at approx 11pm the owner admitted by email there was mistake and blame the calendar in VRBO for mistake. Neither the owner nor VRBO offer an alternative property or living situation or even an apology. IT hs taken over 1 week and numerous 1 hr + phone calls to get an refund from the owner. VRBO offer very little to no assistance claiming I should have cancelled the reservation before midnight....sorry I had to find a last minute rooms for a family of 8 at 11:30pm ....dont stay here ... the owner should be banned from renting property, I could have been shot or beaten entering an property she double booked and now I have to fight for my money back

The property is well maintained and clean... but, the mattress should be replaced as I could feel the springs and it was bad for my back. The neighborhood and the pools were clean and fun for the kids.

Great condo

This condo provided all the room needed with its 4 bedrooms. There were several pools to choose from on the property and the main pool was even heated. The location was great, not too far from stores and the area was pretty quiet. The owner communicated well during the booking process and was very easy to work with. We thank you for sharing your home with us.

Actually, I arrived there on January the 2nd but I had a delay un reviewing the house and the page won't let me select that date. My whole family and I would recommend it a 100 % !!! The house is very spacious and everything worked well, we had no problem at all. Was an extremely comfortable home and located in a very beautiful and convenient neighbourhood. Would definetly go hack!
