家は25年前に建てられました。丘とワイン畑の景色は美しい。家は新しく装飾され、たくさんのオリーブの木と大きなプールのある美しい庭があります。このエリアにはたくさんの見所があり、ツアーツアー、コティニャック、ローグ、ヴィルクローゼなどの美しい古い村がたくさんあります。サレルネスゴルフコースと練習場に近い（7分）素晴らしいウォーキングカントリー。サレルネスの村は働く村なので、どの季節でもとても生きています。乗馬、テニスがあります。カヌー、アクロブランチアルノーでのツリークライミング。 さらに、ヴィドーバンの素晴らしいウォータージャンプパーク。

We came all the way from Canada. Everything was amazing. Our host was lovely and gave us great tips for travel. Her dogs are adorable and checked in on us daily. The Villa was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. It is next door to the host but there is ample privacy. The pool was lovely. The location was a short drive to town and other nearby towns. Can’t recommend this stay enough.

Little Gem

Excellent location and easy drive to the Gorge and surrounding tourist attractions. The town has all amenities and of course a superb boulangerie.The bedrooms are a good size and beds super comfy. The aircon was a godsend in the middle of summer as was the outdoor area and pool. Janneke is lovely hostess and gave us great recommendations. We loved interacting with her pets who wandered over for some attention each day.Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was just perfect and highly recommended!

Beautiful French flair

We had a wonderfull stay in an area full of activities and exiting destinations. Being the first guests of the season there were some small issues, which Janecke charmingly tackled. We will be back!

Very nice and quiet Gite

The location is good, outside the center of Salernes but you still can walk to the center within 15 min. Lots of hikes possible starting at the house. Very clean and beautiful pool and private garden around the pool. Veranda with shadow to sit outside when sun is too hot. Janneke is a very nice and supportive person, everything went in a very uncomplicated way.

Perfect setting for our family holiday

Janneke, who lives in the main house of the premise, has been a wonderful host; the house was pleasantly heated when we arrived, everything we needed was available; we enjoyed the comfort of the house, the fireplace, the garden, barbecue and the pool; the boys played boule and table-tennis. Also our one year old dog very much enjoyed the stay due to the company of Janneke’s friendly dog Bouboule (and so did our kids) Baker and supermarket nearby. We cannot judge on restaurants as we have been self-catering and cooking in the house. Many attractive sights - too many for our stay of 6 nights all in all a place to return

We have just arrived home after spending a lovely week relaxing at Maison Tulip Salernes. Janneke is a fantastic host, on hand to greet you & nearby if needed, but without being intrusive. The house and gardens are nothing short of stunning; the house is spacious & cool (much needed during the Provençal summer) with air conditioning as well as everything you would possibly need or want for a family break. It’s beautiful inside but also feels like it’s lived in and meant to be enjoyed. There are toys & games for the pool as well as pétanque and table tennis which kept us occupied & were fun to use. The pool is lovely, cold & refreshing but gets lots of sun, & the gardens are lovely & private. There’s lots of seating for outdoor relaxing and dining. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening & watching the lizards- very entertaining! The walk to Salernes takes around 20 minutes & is a pleasant and fairly easy walk. Or there’s parking just near the ceramics museum which allows for a short walk by the river if you don’t fancy walking all the way. The village of Salernes is very pretty with a food market and flea market on different days. It’s very nice to walk around and has a bakery (amazing quiche Lorraine) and a small grocery plus there are 2 bigger supermarkets & a petrol station a little further away. It’s an easy drive to Cotignac and the waterfall style Sillans-la-Cascade, both of which we visited & were worth the time, even in the heat! A great find - thanks Janneke!

La maison se trouve dans le village de Salernes, avec un accès direct à des supermarchés et à de bons commerces. La communication sur Abritel était parfois un peu compliqué et la propriétaire n’était malheureusement pas là pour nous accueillir le jour de notre arrivée. Le logement est bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Quelques manquements mineurs sont à signaler (maniques, ustensiles de ménage, etc.), mais rien de réellement gênant. La literie est excellente et l’on dort confortablement grâce à la climatisation présente dans chaque chambre. Cependant, l’intimité est rapidement compromise par la voisine (la propriétaire), qui occupe la maison juxtaposée et arrose ses plantes tôt le matin autour du logement. Il est important de noter que la propriétaire possède 3 grand chiens adorables. La maison de la propriétaire (et ses fenêtres) donne directement la piscine. Celle-ci reste cependant très grande, propre, bien entretenue et agréable. Sur le plan pratique, la maison présente plusieurs défauts : une chambre sans lumière, un évier bouché, des toilettes qui se bloquent régulièrement ou encore un aspirateur hors d’usage. Bien que le contrat de location mentionne un départ possible jusqu’à 10h30 le samedi, on nous a annoncé que la femme de ménage arriverait à 8h30 et que nous devions déjà avoir quitté les lieux. Après discussion, nous avons pu négocier une demi-heure supplémentaire, une situation qui ne nous est jamais arrivée ailleurs.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille très agreable. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos, notre hôtesse tres agreable. Notre fils de 6 ans a bien joué avec les chiens tres gentils avec les enfants

I am dutch, have lived in france more than 20 years. I love this property. have run a paris property very successfully, but sold that and bought this property and cannes (mouette) on homeaway as well. you can do a combined rental as well if you so wish.

it is very peaceful and attractive. the interior has been totally refurbished, i believe in good taste, see the fotos and because there is airco and a heated pool it can be rented anytime in the year.

この宿泊施設の特徴

the house will be yours, even cleaning can be provided. i live elsewhere in salernes but not far away so you get all the help you need. there is a very good traiteur (caterer) in the village (you can walk to the village from here (15 minutes)
so no worries about cooking if you do not feel like it.The house is ideal for 6 people but , lots of space for outdoor dinners or lunches. , the house 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and separate loo.plus an extra shower behind the house, an open air shower and a separate toilet there as well. a lot of toys for kids and animals are allowed. the swimming pool is only for the people who rent the house. I live next door in a separate house with a dog, but are often not there, as i have an apartment in cannes as well. I just water the hundreds of pots and check that the watering systems work well. If i am absent a friends comes to water very early in the morning. The pool , a saltwater pool is kept by a professional pool company.
