LLocated 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.

It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.



There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.



You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.

Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.



The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.



There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.



Kitchen is fully equipped.

AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.



When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).

About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

Una maravilla

Mira que he alquilado apartamentos en epoca estival y la verdad que encontrarte uno asi, de limpio, cuidado, reformado, ....vamos precioso ,supercuidado y con buen gusto, con unas vistas increíbles....fuimos con un pequeño perrito y tenian hasta sus cuencos de comida y con una funda para el sofa.......eso no lo he visto NUNCA.....vamos, nos encontramos casi como en casa y tan agusto.....todo limpio y moderno....sin duda volveremos Que fuera mío....

Excelente apartamento con todo lo que hace falta.

Apartamento reformado totalmente con muy buen gusto. Terraza amplia y cómoda, equipada y lista para disfrutar desayunos y atardeceres. 100% recomendable. Lejos de la playa, pero en coche se llega en tres minutos.

Apartamento limpio y bien cuidado

Su limpieza, su cocina nueva y completo menaje. Ubicado en una zona tranquila. Urbanización ideal con fantástica piscina y jacuzzis. Muy bien cuidado. Nada, todo estaba muy bien, por decir algo eche en falta un corta pizzas en la cocina.

Relax, tranquilidad, Sol y Mar 🥰

El apartamento es muy bonito, amplio, luminoso y con una vista panorámica preciosa, con una buena acústica porque los vecinos no nos han molestado ni una vez, esta muy bien situado ya que no está en toda la aglomeración de gente y la playa a tres manzanas, los chiringuitos una delicia, sobretodo para cenar. El servicio de la reserva de la pista de pádel, nos ha sido imposible reservar en toda la semana q hemos estado. La mesa y las sillas de la terraza nos han resultado muy grandes y hemos tenido q acercar la mesa a la barandilla para poder comer y cenar.

Apartamento muy amplio en zona tranquila

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este apartamento (y no será la ultima) pero la vez anterior fué en invierno y no pudimos disfrutar de las piscinas y la terraza. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, en la cocina no se echa en falta absolutamente nada, las habitaciones son muy amplias, la enorme terraza es perfecta para comer o cenar, le da el sol por las tardes pero dispone de toldos. La zona de las piscinas y jacuzzis es muy bonita y en julio y agosto está abierta hasta las 23:00 (en junio y septiembre hasta las 21:00), de octubre a junio el edificio dispone de piscina climatizada, no es muy grande pero suficiente, también dispone de parking cubierto pero en la calle se aparca sin problemas, al menos en junio, aunque en julio y agosto tampoco creo que haya problemas porque justo al lado hay una explanada asfaltada enorme. La distancia a la playa es de 700 metros (10 minutos andando a paso tranquilo). Por poner algún pero, para la ocupación máxima de 7 personas es posible que el termo del agua caliente venga un poco justo de tamaño y al colchón de la cama de matrimonio no le vendría mal una renovación.

Vacaciones de lujo

lo espacioso del apartamento la gran terraza que tiene la urbanización y las piscinas todo muy bien. Es estar como en casa pero en la playa Por mejorar poner una mampara más grande en la bañera del baño del dormitorio principal

Vacaciones geniales

La urbanización está genial. La piscina calentita y muy grande. El apartamento muy nuevo y cuidado. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Las vistas increíbles. Las duchas. Es imposible ducharse porque el agua da en la pared contraria. Hay que bañarse o tener la alcachofa todo el rato en la mano. Tendrían que cambiar el aplique de la pared para que se pudiera regular y que el agua apuntara para abajo. Pondría alguna taza más de desayuno.
