50% deposit at booking, 50% due 90 days ahead of check-in
Refundable Damage Deposit: $4,000
State and local taxes (11.7%) are added to the rental price

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds. If the period can be re-rented, Tenant will receive a pro-rated refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Vrbo does not refund their service fee.
