Comfortable Chalet

It was just my adult son and I that stayed for 2 nights in January - he took part in the War Race in Bastogne. We had a very warm and comfortable stay - it was just perfect for our needs. The surrounding area is beautiful - even in January.

Rust, natuur, stilte

Het huisje ligt midden in de natuur. We hebben genoten van de stilte, de uitzichten via het grote raam. Hierdoor hebben we hazen, herten en een vos kunnen spotten :-). De stilte en de zachte bedden zorgen voor een goede nachtrust. Het is de tweede keer dat we het huisje bezoeken. Helaas was het dit keer niet zo proper terwijl we betaald hebben voor de reiniging. Spinnenweb aan badkamerraam, stof en kruimels op de grond, zeer vuile oven en dampkamp :-o! Er was een half rolletje toiletpapier voorzien voor 4 personen :-(. Het geeft niet zo'n fijn gevoel dat je moet zitten op het stof van de stoelen met voedselvlekken op. Het huisje zou een goede reiniging en een kleine opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Voor de rest is het prima. Voorzien van alle benodigdheden in de keuken, zelfs een vaatwasser.

Es war ein richtig schöner entspannter Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Chalets ist super - nur von Natur umgeben… Immer wieder eine Reise wert, wenn man eine ruhige Umgebung wünscht und einfach die Tage komplett in der Natur verbringen möchte.

Onvergetelijk!

Een fantastische cottage in een prachtige omgeving. Het huisje biedt alles wat nodig is. Het contact met de verhuurder liep snel en gemakkelijk. De nstuur leent zich voor eindeloos buitenplezier. En het is er heerlijk stil en 's nachts heel donker. Kortom een prachtig uniek plakje en wij komen er zeker terug!

Goed uitgerust huisje met zicht op de natuur in een heel stil dorp, ideaal in elk seizoen. Enkel het tuinmeubilair zou beter kunnen, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt gezien de eerste koude temperaturen.

Prachtig gelegen huisje direct aan het bos

Wij vonden het een heel fijn huis op een schitterende plek. Bij onze aankomst was er wat misgegaan met het opdekken van alle bedden en met het aantal handdoeken. Dit werd zo snel mogelijk en heel netjes opgelost. De eigenaar doet er alles aan om je een fijne tijd te bezorgen. De omgeving is prachtig en je zit direct aan het bos. Een schitterend uitzicht vanaf het terras of vanuit de woonkamer. De enige tip die ik kan geven is dat het huisje nog wat meer aangekleed zou kunnen worden.

Calme et déconnexion totale

Chalet au calme, dans un charmant petit village. Idéalement situé entre Saint-Hubert, Bastogne (proche Pommerloch Lux) et La Roche-en-Ardennes. Dernière habitation à côté d'un sentier vers la forêt, possibilité de randonnées. Le chalet est cosy, bien conçu et aménagé : on s'y sent comme chez soi ! Amoureux de la nature, la faune et la flore sont au rendez-vous ! Manque : moustiquaires aux fenêtres et une amovible (coulissante) à la porte-fenêtre de la terrasse, ce qui permettrait de mieux aérer les pièces et de profiter un maximum du chant des oiseaux dès le matin.

Wij hebben genoten van dit heerlijke chalet. De omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen. Daarna is het goed thuiskomen bij de houtkachel. Contact met de eigenaresse verliep vlot via whatsapp.

Super petit chalet au calme et près de la nature! L'équipement est très bon et fonctionnel. Grande douche à l'italienne, cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut, BBQ, ... Le cadre est parfait pour se détendre, et proche de plusieurs promenades!
