Wonderful location with a great pool!

This apartment is conveniently located in Conegliano and even has a supermarket across the street (plus places to eat within walking distance). The host is very nice and available if you need him. The pool is the star of the listing! The place is very quiet and extremely clean. We will definitely come back! I recommend you read the other reviews to clarify a few things that are important about the A/C, the pool hours, the privacy and the tourist tax payable in cash... The owner clearly explains everything so that you know what to expect. It is a great rental, we recommend it!

Super Pool in Northern Italy!

The pool is amazingly big and lovely, the hosts cordial, and the whole place is spick and spam, with Seniora Maria keeping it beautifully clean. The flats are pleasantly cool even when it is 39 degrees outside, which we found quite a relief. Seniora Maria will do your washing for you for a fiver. Senior Dassie was full of good ideas of what to do in the area, which he shared generously. Supermarket just across the street. All the pizzerie are great! We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Siamo molto felici di aver avuto la signora Beatrice e la sua bella famiglia nella nostra guest-house e speriamo di poterli riavere nostri ospiti perché sono stati gentili, rispettosi delle regole e attenti a rispettare la casa e i suoi spazi.

Nice surprise

From the outside the property seems rather normal however as soon as you get through the gate you will be surprise by the swimming pool that makes you feel on holiday especially having a drink while enjoying the view on the Prosecco hills and the Dolomiti ed . The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable . . Situated 15 min from the historic city centre and right opposite a supermarket with excellent food worth trying. A few mosquitoes had snacks on us but that was an easy fix . I would definitely return and recommend to my friends.

Mooi appartement in een mooie omgeving

Het appartement bevind zich samen met nog 2 andere apartementen in een woning die samen het zwembad delen. Het zwembad is erg mooi en voldoende groot. Het is een ruim appartement en voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Er wordt geadverteerd meet airco maar dit is een beperkte koeling waardoor het nog steeds -erg- warm kan zijn. Ook is er geen wasmachine aanwezig maar kun je voor een was de schoonmaakster vragen die dit dan tegen betaling voor je doet. Wat ook niet in de advertentie vermeld is dat je bij aankomst nog toeristenbelasting en voor internet gebruik moet betalen. Al met al een mooie week gehad in een prachtige omgeving.

Gentile signor André, siamo contenti che abbiate passato una bellissima settimana nella nostra guesthouse che avete definito splendida, vogliamo precisare che il nostro impianto di raffrescamento geotermico è di alta qualità ma bisogna usarlo bene chiudendo le porte e le finestre come vi avevamo detto altrimenti l'impianto va in protezione e anche la temperatura diventa meno fresca. Sul nostro sito che invitiamo sempre ad andare a vedere è specificato che il wifi è a pagamento (15 euro in totale) come pure il servizio di lavanderia (5 euro) e la tassa di soggiorno di 1 euro per max 5 giorni esclusi gli under 14 (deve essere pagata a parte all'arrivo degli ospiti, per capire chi è esente). Grazie per la vostra visita.

Hele aardige gastheer en vrouw.

Leuke woning met grote zwembad. Alleen is de zwembad niet exclusief voor jouw, maar wordt gedeeld met 2 andere appartementen. Dat kan beter worden vermeld op de site. In de praktijk hadden we wel vaak de zwembad alleen in gebruik om dat de andere gasten weg waren.

Sia sull'annuncio di Homeaway che sul nostro sito è ben specificato che la piscina è a disposizione esclusiva dei tre appartamenti che compongono la villa: "Colline dei Dogi" - "Venice Hills" - "Monolocale". Ci dispiace che i signori Newzat, viste le loro tradizioni religiose, non abbiano fatto più attenzione a questo particolare peraltro molto ben evidente. Sono stati comunque degli ottimi ospiti che hanno assaporato le comodità della villa, le bellezze della nostra zona e anche il relax dato dalla piscina.
