Cet appartement de trois chambres récemment rénové est situé dans un complexe traditionnel espagnol, directement sur la promenade de la plage de San Pedro. Emplacement exceptionnel pour ceux qui cherchent à sortir de leur appartement pour rejoindre le front de mer où vous trouverez de nombreux bars et restaurants de plage.
L'appartement lui-même est un appartement très spacieux et contemporain de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il se compose d'une chambre king-size avec salle de bains privative, d'une chambre lits jumeaux et d'une chambre double avec une salle de douche supplémentaire. La cuisine et le salon ouverts sont clairs et spacieux et mènent directement à la salle à manger avec terrasse pour savourer un repas en plein air lors des chaudes soirées. L'appartement est entièrement climatisé pour les journées d'été et dispose du chauffage pour les mois d'hiver. Superb Apartment in excellent location

We are a group of 5 friends & have just returned from 4 nights at this lovely apartment which was so nicely decorated & had everything you needed from an extremely well equipped kitchen where there was washing gel, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine washing up liquid etc plus bonus of beach towels & a fab welcome of cava, milk, & biscuits. The location is also absolutely perfect being a leisurely 20-25 min walk to Puerto banus one way or San Pedro the other way with endless choice of restaurants & bars along the way. Supermarket was an easy 15 min walk too. Don’t be put of by the mention in previous reviews of the one empty building situated next door we are so pleased we weren’t we can highly recommend the apartment & not forgetting the host Gemma who was superb.

There was no disclaimer about the construction going on. Security doors were always propped open.

Hi James, Thank you for your review and feedback. However as we do not reside at the property we were unaware of any construction going on in the development during your stay. If you had called us we would have informed the administration and asked them to stop this immediately but you did not allow us the chance to rectify this at the time which was actually on the 3rd June (over 6 weeks ago). Also I can confirm that the security doors are completely closed during the night time and only open when the cleaners are on site during the day. Thank you kindly, Gemma

Photos conformes, appartement propre et agréable... mais bruyant

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et l'appartement venait manifestement d'être refait. Tout est très propre et conforme aux photos. La cuisine, la salle de bains sont nickels, et l'espace de vie est assez grand pour 5. Le parking est juste en bas et la plage ne se trouve qu'à quelques mètres – il suffit de traverser une petite promenade pour se retrouver sur le sable. À cette époque de l'année (février), il n'y avait que très peu de monde, et nous avions donc la plage à nous tous seuls ou presque. C'était vraiment agréable. Le seul point négatif est le bruit. L'appartement donne sur une cour qui résonne énormément. Dès que quelqu'un parle ou claque une porte, ou qu'un chien aboie, on l'entend comme si c'était dans la pièce à côté. Nous avons globalement mal dormi pendant notre séjour (surtout dans la petite chambre à lit double) et avons été réveillés plusieurs fois par nuit. À noter pour ceux qui rechercheraient le calme... Sinon le séjour était très bien!

A dos pasos del paseo marítimo

El apartamento está muy bien. Todo muy limpio y bien puesto. A dos pasos de la playa, se ve desde la terraza. El único inconveniente los vecinos. Música toda la noche, gritos y un ambiente poco recomendable si vas con niños. Pero no hemos tenido ningún problema como tal.

Apartment a good standard

Apartment was well equipped and clean. The apartment block however is a little dishevelled but don’t let that concern you. We had no issues during our stay and easily accessible to bars and restaurants. Walkway links the block area to Puerto Banús making a nice medium length walk.

The apartment was absolutely lovely couldn’t fault it, the communal area could do with a bit of repair but was clean, great location right on the beach front and approximately 25min stroll to Puerto Banús. Gemma was great and always on hand if you needed her.

Super apartment, great location

As we did not have a car this was ideal for us. Straight out the front door onto the promenade with all it’s restaurants and nice walk to Puerto Banus or San Pedro. The apartment was lovely and modern and Gemma from the management company made us very welcome. You can tell the building is being updated. There was a nice mixture of residents and holiday makers. Look forward to returning.

Somewhere NOT to stay

The actual apartment was clean and comfortable but the building it is in is appalling. The lift door had been kicked and battered, so we took the stairs ..there were chunks out of the cement steps and broken tiles on the walls and floor not to mention a supermarket trolly, washing, gas cylinder, B.B.Q’s .coming back after dark we felt quite threatened. There were also cars recks in the car park for us to park alongside. The only good thing was Gemma a really delightful lady who was very helpful. We moved to an hotel for the remainder of our stay.

As you noted, The Pines apartment is very comfortable and clean due to being fully renovated in 2017. The complex itself is also currently undergoing an upgrade and modernisation project and this was mentioned to you upon check in. We have found that this has not directly impacted our guests overall very positive experience as this apartment is in a fantastic location at an affordable price in comparison to other similar apartments in the San Pedro beachside area. We were sorry to hear that your experience was not in line with our other guests but appreciate your feedback and happy to report that the modernisation of the community continues to improve.

Lovely appartment....perfect situation

The apartment is very well appointed with everything you might need. It was clean and tidy but we did have a minor problem with cockroaches. We were well looked after by the agents MPM and and there was a welcome pack of basic provisions and a bottle of Cava when we arrived. Gemma was very welcoming and helpful. The seafront location is excellent but some of the other residents in the block make the area a bit shabby.

Beautiful modern apartment right on the beachfront

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. It’s very modern, everything looks brand new and very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony in the sun, watching the world go by, it’s in a very nice spot, right on the beach boardwalk, don’t think we could have got a better spot, we were very happy with our choice. The management company was very responsive and provided great tips that made our stay go very smoothly. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice Apartment - wrong place

Very nice, clean, modern apartment. Unfortunately in a block of what appears to be more 'social housing'rather than holiday apartments. Perhaps due to the time of year, decent sun on the terrace was not until around 15:00. Terrace also dominated by huge table, and chairs not for relaxing. Good access to promenade & beach with good restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Great apartment, fabulous location.

Gemma did a great job of meeting us and explaining how the apartment runs. Newly refurbished with everything you need. The location of the Pines is outstanding being on the beach and near all amenities, restaurants,supermarket and towns (San Pedro and Marbella). Highly recommend it.

Super apartment in a great location

I was recommended to this apartment by a friend of mine and I must say it was fantastic! The apartment is newly renovated and in superb condition. You couldn’t get a better location of any apartment, beachfront with a wide range of different bars around you within walking distance. I was very impressed by my stay here and I would certainly use this apartment again.
