About Mike Cunningham
My wife and I live in Evergreen, CO a 30 minute drive to downtown . Have been using unit for weekends in Denver and entertaining clients. We converted the second bedroom to an office which I have been using for my real estate operations. However, I have been slowing down the business and traveling more so we have decided to put the unit up for rent to responsible adults.

Ideally located in heart of downtown Denver with many restaurants and entertainment spots in walking distance. The unit is very well furnished as can be seen in the photos. A true benefit of the unit is it is on the 34th floor with the living room / balcony facing southwest. This provides a wonderful view of the Colorado mountains and warm afternoon sun. Withe the unit being 34 stories high you are high enough to not hear the street noise.

Summer in Denver
It is so nice to stay in a condo that exceeds your expectations. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is ideal. You can walk to the ballpark, theatre, restaurants, arena and anything you want or need. The Cherry Creek Trail is only a few blocks away. The views to the mountain are great. Mike is a great host and is readily available if there is an issue. This was our third stay at Brooks Tower and we will definitely stay at this condo again when we return. We highly recommend this property if you are staying in Denver.
Above and beyond stay and host!
Mike did a terrific hosting job going above and beyond in all ways with the stay. The reservation was last minute and he made it happen with one day notice. The place was clean, completely stocked as needed and extremely well decorated and comfortable. It was very quiet in the condo with excellent facilities, including a pool and well equipped exercise room and laundry area. Wholeheartedly recommend the condo to anyone who needs the convenience of downtown accommodations with excellent hosting service.
This building is one of the most desirable location in Downtown Denver. Walking distance to many events restaurants, public transplantation etc. The unit is a quiet 42 floor unit with a sunning western view of the mountains
