Dear guest, I am sorry that the vacation did not meet up your expectations. Even if I never do, I need to make few things clear: -you found Villa Almira perfectly clean and in order; -we never switch on the air conditioning for our guest. The Villa is cool and usually there is no need, plus we love our planet and we try not to use it; -you were unlucky and you run into it the hottest week during the summer (so far); -we bought you right away a fan for the kitchen waiting the assistance to come to fix the air conditioning (it is fixed); -the 2 fridges are and were fixed and functioning during your stay; -your father in law decided to carry the fridge. We would have done it but you were in a hurry; -all the bathrooms (6) are perfectly functioning. We care a lot about water waisting because it comes from our own well (I wrote before your arrival about it); -you never told us about ants, we could have done something about it without exterminating them (there are natural ways of not having them without killing them all); -pity that you did not appreciate that you had a towel for the house, one for the pool and one to use in for the sea; -the washing machine has a 30 minutes program that would have saved your time, water and electricity. We are always available to make our guestd stay a lifetime memory, pity you did not let us. Best regards, Alberto
