We had a fabulous stay at the villa. The highlights were the super clear sea and private beach (shared with just 3 other houses); and a great pool, BBQ and dining space. Friends of ours rented the next door villa for the same week and it worked out very well. The house was set out over 3 levels on a hillside (which needed a bit of organising as the kitchen was 20m away from where we typically ate by the BBq and pool). Alexandr was extremely helpful eg suppliying water and arranging taxis etc. while we were staying there (he lives on site next to one of the rooms). We had a great stay thank you!

Beautiful villa with stunning views - layout is unconventional

This was a beautiful villa with stunning views from almost every square foot of the property. The private beach area is idyllic - crystal clear waters. The bedrooms were spacious and each of the six in the top villa had ensuite. There is a well fitted but rather dated shared kitchen building that served its purpose with the vast majority of our time spent outside taking in the scenery. The weather was bad on a couple of occasions which revealed that the villa lacks any indoor living space other than the bedrooms. This was not a problem at all during all of the beautiful weather but wasn’t like any other villa I’ve stayed in as the bedroom blocks and kitchen block are separate structures. The upper area has a large pool (with stunning views) and a large outdoor living space with kitchen and BBQ. I think the listing photos are a little unclear however as they show various shots from the two villas that occupy the same property whereas we had only the single villa for our stay. Alexander was an absolutely superb host and made every arrangement we needed - thank you. An easy walk into Agia Paraskevi and a short walk from bus stop 17 made it a great base to explore the south of the island. Skiathos is a gem and we will definitely come back next year.

Thank you for you review Neil. I apologize for any inconvenience the weather might have caused but this day and age weather is becoming more unpredictable each year. Hence we have specifically rain-proofed the 2 large outdoor living areas to enjoy the majestic views even in the rare occasions that it does indeed rain. Also, you mentioned in your review that the photos of this listing also include the other villa. I would like to clarify that the photos of this listing only show the villa you stayed in and the the sister villa Goldie has a separate listing. Regarding the kitchen, it was built recently with top of the line appliances and it is not shared as you mentioned. And finally, each room has an independent entry so each guest can enjoy their peace and quiet and have their own window to the sea. All the best, Andreas

Villas with spectacular view

We rented both villas for a large group of people and had the most wonderful time. Beautiful property with many terraces to observe the breath-taking views with infinity pools you'll never want to leave.

sowohl die Villa als auch der Service waren absolut Weltklasse. Alexander, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmert, war sehr nett und immer für uns da wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Villa war sauber. Der Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse mit Pool ist sensationell und die Außenküche ein Traum. Nur mit dem Wetter hatten wir nicht ganz so viel Glück und bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Wohnraum für 12 Leute etwas eng. Ansonsten waren wir alle begeistert und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Große Schlafzimmer mit geräumigen Bädern, sehr gute Betten in verschiedenen Größen. Großzügige Außenanlage mit zweiter Küche am Pool und großem überdachtem Eßbereich. Küche perfekt ausgestattet.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort. Alles einfach zu errreichen, Busstop quasi vor der Türe. Easy Transfer vom Flughafen (ca. 20 min). 2 min über kleinen privaten Weg zum Privatstrand, dort Liegen, Schnorchelausrüstung, Kinderspielzeug. Wasser glasklar, Strand immer sehr gepflegt. Jede Hilfe für Ausflüge per Boot oder Auto möglich. Traumhaftes Ambiente!
