The property is located in a quiet alley of Via Giovanni Aurispa in the historic center of Noto. At 100 meters is the Corso Vittorio Emanuele with its beautiful Cathedral rebuilt in 2007, the Palazzo Ducezio headquarters of the municipality and to follow buildings and churches in Baroque style that have made that Noto become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. No car is needed to get around, and in any case the Via Giovanni Aurispa is a street where you can park freely. Noto is not only Barocco in fact, 10 km away is the beautiful Vendicari Reserve known worldwide for its marshes that host more than 200 species of migratory birds each year.

Spotless 2 story apartment close to everything but away from the noise

A wonderful large one bedroom apartment with all you need- AC, washer, kitchen ect. At the end of a little alleyway but very safe and well lit and away from the noise of the traffic on the narrow streets. Bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom if that is of concern for anyone. We had a small leak around the toilet but it wasn’t a huge problem. No view to speak of but plenty of air and we were out most of the time we were not sleeping. Great value for money and only 2 streets from the Main Street and Infiorata of Noto. Spotlessly clean. Nunzia was a great host and answered our questions very quickly. Would stay again and would recommend highly

Per prima cosa complimenti alla padrona di casa...persona disponibilissima ..Casa perfetta sotto tutti punti di vista...Forse l'unico problema è che essendo attaccato al centro storico. ..E pedonale...La sera è meglio non spostare la macchina...Comunque lo consigliamo a tutti. ...grazie ancora Nunzia Giulia e Renato

Proprietaria deliziosa casa accogliente

La posizione è davvero vicino al centro, la casa è super ordinata, le salviette sono bianche candide. La signora Nunzia è deliziosa e accogliente. È stata davvero gentile con noi. Ci ha avvertito subito che avevamo dimenticato dei documenti e si è prodigata per farceli riavere.

Questa era la mia prima visita in Sicilia, terra dei mei genitori e mai vista. Ringrazio Nunzia per averci fatto sentire a casa con la cortesia la gentilezza con cui ci ha accolto. La casa e’ esattamente come descritta nell’annuncio ed e’ davvero in una posizione centrale e non manca nulla. Grazie ancora.

Comoda casa nel centro di Noto

Bella casa su 2 livelli adatta a 2/3 persone nel centro di Noto, pulita ed attrezzata con cucina, forno a microonde, macchina caffe, tv, aria condizionata, lavatrice, frigo, forse unico neo le finestre piccole che limitano la luce, proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare all'arrivo parcheggio davanti casa e occorrente per prima colazione; nel complesso consiglio sicuramente.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines, typisch sizilianisches Haus mitten in der Stadt. Es sind allerdings nicht zwei Schlafzimmer, wie im Profil angegeben... das war für uns ein Problem.

Ottima soluzione per il soggiorno a Noto

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questa casa dal 15 al 22 agosto. La casa è esattamente come la si vede nelle foto, dotata di tutti i confort ed estremamente pulita. La proprietaria, Nunzia, è gentilissima e disponibilissima; abbiamo avuto un problema che ha prontamente risolto nonostante il periodo non fosse dei migliori perché periodo di ferie per la maggior parte delle persone. La consiglio vivamente!

Perfectly arranged in Noto!

My daughter and I fully enjoyed staying in this lovely, secure, central and incredibly quiet spot in Noto. It was super clean, a downstairs kitchen with a table, couch and tv and a fully equipped bathroom and washing machine. Upstairs the large bedroom is wonderfully comfortable. The beds were perfect. Just two short blocks away is the renown Cafe Sicilia, the Baroque churches and palazzi. One block away is a small friendly market. Nunzia is such a perfect host - very accommodating and ready to answer questions. We hope to be back someday.

Noto est une ville extraordinaire et habilement mise en valeur.

L’appartement est très bien situé et très fonctionnel, idéal pour visiter la ville. Surtout Nunzia et son mari, les propriétaires, sont des personnes d’une exquise gentillesse. Ils ont été vraiment généreux quand nous avons eu un problème de santé et nous ont accompagnés à l’hopital, nous aidant aussi à trouver un hébergement complémentaire quand nous devions rester plus longtemps. Bref, ce sont des hôtes parfaits. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement leur maison. Patrick (Francia)

Posizione ottima

Ottima la posizione della casa che è praticamente nel centro di Noto. Casa molto pulita. Il bagno è nuovo come anche buona parte degli arredi. Gli spazi sono comodi ed è ideale per una coppia, ma può accogliere anche 3/4 persone. Unico difetto le finestre sono piccole e non è molto luminosa. La padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio ed abbiamo quasi sempre lasciato l'auto davanti alla casa.

L'ideale per una vacanza nella Sicilia barocca

L'alloggio si trova veramente a due passi dal centro ed è l'ideale per una coppia/famiglia con 1-2 figli. E' stato rinnovato da poco, e l'abbiamo trovato pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole anche di più settimane. Abbiamo utilizzato i fornelli a gas, il climatizzatore,la lavatrice ed gli altri elettrodomestici: funziona tutto alla perfezione. La posizione è molto buona e si trova parcheggio lungo la via oppure nella vicina piazza Bolivar. La proprietaria è molto gentile e ci ha forniti di asciugamani e di alcuni generi alimentari. Vi consiglio questo alloggio,non ve ne pentirete!

Neu renoviertes kleines Haus

Das Haus ist neu renoviert, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vom Fön bis zum Bügeleisen ist alles vorhanden. Einzig die Küche ist nicht für Selbstversorger gedacht - was angesichts der Qualität der sizilianischen Küche auch Verschwendung wäre. Wir haben zwei Wochen mit Kleinkind dort gut verbracht, aber für zwei Personen ist das Haus noch besser geeignet. Die Lage inmitten der Altstadt in einem kleinen Hof ist gut und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung für Leute, die im Urlaub nicht viel Platz brauchen
