Wonderful large space and great flow for families or friends to get together, relax, enjoy the many amenities and fun artifacts. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and lots of bathrooms! Great space for kids too. There are lots of stairs going up to the loft but parking was easy on the street, in front of the entrance way. Well situated between Louisville, several bourbon distilleries, Lexington horse farms and racing venues. Good restaurants close by. Good value!

This loft was amazing!!! Plenty of room for all of our people! We enjoyed it so much & being able to just walk down street for food & coffe plus all the little boutiques made it even better. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!! We will stay again if we have the chance! Highly recommended!

The Urban Loft was a perfect place to come home to after a fun day of touring distilleries, learning about the horse industry and stopping in quaint towns in the area. The large loft supplied all the amenities we needed and provided comfortable clean bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the rooftop outdoor living space while enjoying the beautiful fall evenings. Ben was easy to work with and responded to any questions we had. It is perfect for any families or friend groups visiting the area.

Friends on the Bourbon Trail

Perfect spot and wonderful home for a wonderful weekend with friends exploring the Bourbon Trail and the Spring Meet at Keeneland. The homeowners were easy to work with and Shelbyville offere everything we needed.

Shelbyville perfection

The photos don't lie. This vrbo unit was beautiful, well decorated, thoughfully furnished, and well equipped for groups. Shelbyville itself was also a sweet surprise, with ample restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a brewery across street, etc.

Perfect Home for a Family Christmas

My family and I met here for Christmas, as we live in different states, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was beautiful, incredibly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal, and the host’s communication was outstanding. It truly felt like a home away from home. A 10 out of 10 experience—would highly recommend to anyone!

Excellent location for golf and bourbon

Perfect property! The accommodations were so perfect we never went out to eat anywhere. We always bought food at the grocery store and cooked at the house. We had 8 adults and there was always plenty of space.

Perfect Getaway

This place was amazing, from the moment you step into the loft, you recognize the space and the cleanliness, you could imagine it to be any better. The downtown location is perfect, it's quiet and full of shops to enjoy. Even driving back and forth to Louisville was fine because once we got back to the loft we got to enjoy our friends and family. We had a blast and will be back!

Wedding stay

We had all our family under one roof for my nephews wedding at The Gatsby right next door. We had the best time ever!! The town was great too. Cute stores in town that are all walking distance. We loved the loft, so spacious and beautiful. Just what we were looking for being all together

Beautiful Home Perfect Location

Could not ask for a better place for my husband and his friends to celebrate his birthday and enjoy the bourbon trail. Everything was perfect, all 8 guys had a comfy place to sleep and plenty of room to stretch out. Everyone came back home telling their family how much they could have brought them along to see the home. Beautiful!

AMAZING Venue for Team Meeting

We booked your location for a Team Meeting. It amazing. We had your suggested chef, Bill Walters, come in to make us dinner and that was amazing. We even hired your suggested transportation person, Ben to drive our team to a location for bourbon tour. So neat to have had the owner join us for drinks one night as well. Perfect location and accommodations!

The loft was amazing. Highly recommend setting up your own itinerary and going with the services from the owners. Lots to do in the loft. Grocery store close by We made BBQ the first night and really just chilled out
