Breathtaking! Super exclusive high end downtown loft that has been at the center of many articles and television spots. Unlike any other space you will find at this price point! This location has been at the centerpiece of many television and print publications regionally. No expense has been spared converting this space into a luxurious 4 bedroom + 3 1/2 bed loft apartment centrally located between Lexington and Louisville KY. It's the perfect spot for the Bourbon trail and Kentucky Derby, not to mention the other events that make Kentucky such a special place to visit. This residence is situated close to several local eateries and bars. You will not be disappointed in reserving you stay.

You’ll never believe what awaits you! The Grand Room hosts a huge custom dining table made with original wood from the building, a plush oversized sectional couch, and television and fireplace both situated in modern decorative tile. Turn the corner into a dream kitchen with expansive marble island with seating, locally-designed and crafted cabinets, double oven, five-burner gas stove, large pantry and cozy sitting area by the fireplace. Step outside onto the rooftop deck that offers additional dining and sitting areas, television and fireplace and Green Egg smoker for fun gatherings outside. You may never want to leave!

The Urban Loft was a perfect place to come home to after a fun day of touring distilleries, learning about the horse industry and stopping in quaint towns in the area. The large loft supplied all the amenities we needed and provided comfortable clean bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the rooftop outdoor living space while enjoying the beautiful fall evenings. Ben was easy to work with and responded to any questions we had. It is perfect for any families or friend groups visiting the area.

Could not ask for a better place for my husband and his friends to celebrate his birthday and enjoy the bourbon trail. Wedding Party HQ

For 5 days my closest friends and family called the Loft our Headquarters. Perfectly located between Louisville, Lexington, Frankfort, and Bardstown we were able to explore the best of Kentucky and return home to a space built for community. The large dining table, enormous couch, spacious kitchen, outdoor patio, and perfectly accommodating rooms fit the varied needs of every activity we could dream of. It was a fairy tale trip largely due to the magical Loft.

We booked your location for a Team Meeting. It amazing. We had your suggested chef, Bill Walters, come in to make us dinner and that was amazing. Perfect Getaway

This place was amazing, from the moment you step into the loft, you recognize the space and the cleanliness, you could imagine it to be any better. The downtown location is perfect, it's quiet and full of shops to enjoy. Even driving back and forth to Louisville was fine because once we got back to the loft we got to enjoy our friends and family. We had a blast and will be back!

Perfect location for Bourbon Trail visit

A group of 10 guys stayed at this property for a Bourbon Trail excursion. This property was absolutely perfect. - Shelbyville was a great option due to its location in the middle of Louisville, Frankfort and Bardstown - it was easy to visit distilleries in each area using Shelbyville as a base. And the town itself was great - nice coffee shops and a brewpub across the street. The property itself was stunning. The main room and open kitchen were great for a big catered dinner (we highly recommend Bill Walters), and the man cave was fun as well. Bedrooms were nice too. It was really a perfect setup for a big group wanting to explore the Bourbon Trail. Thanks again!

Uban Loft - Shelbyville, KY

This property met all of out needs. We had 5 couples stay. We each had our own room and plenty of bathrooms. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect as we did the bourbon trail hitting up Louisville, Bardstown and Frankfort. We also did the horse races at Keeneland. It was the perfect central location with great places to eat in walking distance. Thank you, Ben for your hospitality.
