It's the ultimate luxury vacation destination nestled in a country setting.
• Interior: Beautiful hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, and 2 stone wood-burning fireplaces. High-end finishes everywhere, from kitchen to bathrooms. 💎
• Entertainment: So much space for large groups to hang out inside and out. Two living rooms with large TVs and a pool table. 🎱

🌲 OUTDOOR OASIS
Outdoor entertainment including swimming pool, hot tub, and fire pit. This is living!
• Note: Pool is open seasonally from mid-April through mid-October weather dependent. Pool is not heated.

Great Place for Guys Weekend near the Bourbon Trail

Very spacious, well-maintained home on a large, private wooded lot. The pool and patio area were great for relaxing after touring local distilleries. The kitchen was very well-stocked, which made for easy meal prep too. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Guys golf trip

House was very spacious with plenty of beds to accommodate my group of 10. Nice pool table and game system that had all the classics. Pool was very nice.

Great for girls’ weekend

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Easy to get to, host made check-in foolproof. Host was very easy to get ahold of. Only about 20 minute drive to most of the activities we did in Louisville so very convenient. We had a group of 10 ladies and the size was perfect. Parking area fit our 5 cars easily. Pool was amazing and hot tub was clean and comfortable. Would 100% rent again!

Great place for R &R!

Large home with lots of space to spread out with a family. Great location - private setting but close to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Well supplied kitchen, beach towels, linens. The only down side was the inside temperatures was hard to regulate because of the large windows and skylights but the view was beautiful. Luckily, the pool helped to cool things off during the hot weather!

Relaxing, Quiet, Comfortable

This was a wonderful property. Lots of space to stretch out in. The pool table and games were a plus. It was not pool season so we didn’t get to enjoy that, but if we come again we look forward to it. The house was clean and there was plenty of pillows, blankets, kitchenware, etc.

Great spot for friends trip

This was a great house for our annual friends trip. The pool was very nice and easily accessible from the basement level. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs for everyone to enjoy. The privacy was unmatched. Several acres with no other homes in sight.

Fantastic House!

We rented this house while in the area for a baseball tournament. Even though our daily commute was about an hour, it was worth it. The house had everything - plenty of space to relax, awesome pool, lots of indoor activities, close to good restaurants. etc. The owners were so easy to work with and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend this house.

Great family getaway

This was the perfect home for our 11-person family getaway. We loved the available activities (pool table, pool, hot tub, large lawn for games, etc.) and the space. The only possible cons were the pool was cold (refreshing) but swimmable with the heat, the hot tub seemed to be a bit dirty, and there are no shades/blinds on any windows so when the sun rises, you will as well. Very well stocked kitchen and home - one of the best we've ever stayed in. Definitely recommend.

A private oasis along the bourbon trail just a short trip from all the entertainment of derby city. Enjoy 5 serene acres of Kentucky countryside. In the summer, swim in the private pool. On cool evenings hang out by the fire pit or soak in the hot tub. On cold winter nights snuggle up inside by the fireplace, shoot pool or watch a movie. It's the ultimate vacation retreat.
