The apartment includes all the first floor of the house of Nonna Carlotta (100sqm ca) and is accessed from the private terrace with panoramic view and wrought iron table with crystal top. Inside a large space with kitchen area, dining area. On the side you enter a room with a sofa bed and a fireplace. From the corridor you can reach the two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and the two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds. From the terrace, with a staircase leads to the garden and then to the pool.
The Casa di Nonna Carlotta, surrounded by greenery, welcomes you with a large private car park and a large garden, a swimming pool (10 x 4 m, deep 1.40 m), a whirlpool, children's games, laundry BBQ, WI: free FI, bed linen and towels.
