The Grand Beach Condominiums vacation rentals

Patti at Sunnybeaches1.com rentals was amazing in every single way. She made this an absolutely amazing experience. The unit was clean, well equipped and served our needs well. We were in town for a high school soccer tournament, so the beaches themselves were not our priority. However, the lication was near the beaches and all of fhe local attractions on Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. I will definately do business with Patti and hwr team again. This is a good unit for location and cleanlisness. Good experence overall.

We loved every moment

Property was clean & comfortable, it’s located on the second floor, beach access amazing, sunrise/sunset amazing, nice view, property felt like home & had everything we needed, shopping was not too far, within 10 minutes, Walmart a little further but it was all worth it, close to Flora-Bama, either you can choose Gulf Shores beach or Pensacola beach, I definitely plan to book in the future, property host always available for me, thank you for a great stay Beachball Properties

Condo was very nice. Just across the street to the beach. Lots of activities in the area. Took a Tiki boat ride, also a dolphin sunset cruise. Just a short walk to the pier to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And if you didn't want the beach, the onsite pool was very nice. And Rhonda was very nice and easy to work with. Thank You for a wonderful stay

We loved staying at this gorgeous property! The place was totally remodeled recently and looks brand new. The furnishings are also new and modern. The porch offers an unobstructed and excellent view of the ocean which is just across the street. The property is conveniently located near the Gulf State Park where you can walk, run, bike, fish or just take in the views.

Very nice place with lots of room. Our family of eight really enjoyed the area and just a short walk across the road to the beach. Fall break in Gulf Shores was very nice. Would stay here again. Check it out!

We had a wonderful month in 109 Blue Paradise! Great location... on the strip, but on the quiet end, across from the beach. A view of the beach and water from the balcony (which we loved eating on). Had everything that you need to make it feel like home... even soft, cozy blankets to curl up with while watching the GIANT TV in the living room! Even had books to read, which I read 6 during the month. And the condo is so close to the State Park, which we easily drove to each day and averaged 6-1/2 miles walking each day... plus used the park's free bikes for a couple of 11 mile days!!!

There is no crosswalk or efficient lighting for crossing the street (4 lanes) to the beach access. The beach access is a bit of a walk with kids and all the things. A boardwalk would be useful! We would not rent again without these three things being implemented. Otherwise, as a last minute rental it was ok but we would've spent much more time at the beach with better/more convenient access. The maintenance guy was friendly and always floating around saying hello and seemed attentive to guest needs. Our room was good. My girls loved the bunks and the pool/hot tub. We wish there had been better stove top cookware but that was minor and we worked around it.
