Nice Apartment for rent in Benalbeach, a Résidence, located 10 meters from the beach in Benalmádena Costa. The apartment is located in an elegant complex with a 24-hour reception, and is equipped with 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens and community parking, a restaurant with menus at affordable prices and a cafeteria in the pool area.
It has a kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa bed with 2 separate beds that can be joined and become a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and everything necessary for guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Balcony with frontal sea view. Ideal for 2 people max 4.
All rooms with conditioned air.
It is well connected, Taxi rank at the door of the Résidence, Supermarket in the Résidence itself, shops, restaurants and leisure areas very close. The airport a few kilometers.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful lake and park to stroll through on one side and Mediterranean beaches on the other side. Great view from balcony. Using a bus pass was really convenient to travel.

Conveniently located and awesome slides!

Our family of four had the most relaxing 10 days. Spent between the beach and the pools, we had all we needed within a short distance. The apartment had everything we needed to cook most nights.

Great little apartment. And perfect location.

This little apartment was perfect. From the location to the items and equipment provided. Everything we needed was in the apt. It was quiet and cosy and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Relaxing holiday

Fantastic stay, the host welcomed us at the apartment with the keys, a lovely kind lady who showed us everything round the place. A very comfortable apartment on the 7 th floor with great views of the ocean. I am sure we will come back to Benal Beach soon.

Very nice apartment in a great location

Love the view of the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony as well as the morning sunshine. Apartment was well suited for couples with ample place to be comfortable. We love Benalmadena and it’s proximity to Malaga

Donatella was a very friendly host of apartment. She met us at reception on arrival and brought us to the apartment. Showed us around gave us our card to enter premises which worls on all gates and the swimming pool passes. The apartment was so clean and fresh. Anything you needed was there. Great location overlooking the beach. The main promenade and beach is just across the main road. Plenty of shops, bars and supermarkets close at hand. Would highly recommend to a family of 4.

Pros: The best part about this apartment is the view from the balcony, which was big enough to have a table with four chairs. It was also a good size, close to the beach, in a building with a great swimming pool (including swim-up bar!) and the host was nice and accessible/helpful when needed. Cons: the place could have been cleaner and is a little old. (The air conditioner looked ancient but did work well.) Some small things could be fixed easily, such as replacing the old, rusted-out garbage can in the bathroom or the cheap plastic dish drying rack with a nicer one. Also, while the host walked us through the property when we got there, which was nice, she spoke Italian so it was hard for us to communicate in person. (We were able to communicate well in writing on the VRBO site though).

Small, clean, affordable, central. Fine for 2-4 people wanting to self cater in the centre of Benalmadena. A bit cramped if 4 adults as the main living space doubles up as a bedroom by turning the sofa into 2 single beds which then fills the room so you really need to put it away each morning. Air con unit is on the balcony so if you want to sit out there you need to switch it off indoors or you get blasted with the hot air. Pools great for families but worth knowing that loungers are not free. There were a couple of deck chairs in the apartment we could use and there are plenty of grassy areas to lay a towel down. You cannot use floaties in the pool. It is not a non-smoking accommodation.

Thanks for the review, but I must point out that: The external air conditioning unit is on the balcony, as in many homes in the world. When you're outside, it's best to turn off the air conditioning inside and not have it on. This way, there wouldn't be overheating outside and unnecessary waste of electricity. As for the pool, in Spain, bulky floats aren't allowed in any pool, private or public. Smoking is permitted in the apartment, and it's better if you do it in a suitable place, for example, on the balcony.

Bon accueil de l'hôte, appartement agréable, propre, très bonne literie, très belle vue sur l'océan. Attention pour accéder à la plage, il faut sortir de la résidence, parcourir une certaine distance et traverser une avenue à quatre voies. Le parking de la résidence est privé mais est saturé de véhicules, il est donc difficile de se stationner, on imagine que c'est impossible en haute saison.

Buenas vacaciones

Apartamento muy bien ubicado. Limpio y es tal cual se aprecia en las fotos. Con aire acondicionado en dormitorio y salón, estuvimos muy cómodos. La urbanización está muy bien y las piscinas son grandes y suelen estar con mucha gente. Gracias Donatella por todo.

Très bonne communication

La communication avec Donatella a été très bonne. Elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions rapidement et efficacement. L'appartement est bien aménagé avec une vue sublime sur la mer. La proximité des appartements fait que cela reste toutefois assez bruyant une bonne partie de la nuit. Les piscines sont très agréables, propres et suffisamment grandes pour accueillir l'ensemble des vacanciers.

Wonderful apartment!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. Upon arrival we were received by the owner Donatella she showed us around explained everything to us, everything went smoothly. Very nice lady made herself available had we needed Her. Fortunately for us everything was great and we did not need her. The apartment was immaculate. The king size bed was very comfortable, it seemed like a new mattress. Extra bed sheets and towels were there. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. All appliances seemed new, even a dishwasher! The ocean view from our balcony was amazing. The apartment is in a beautiful complexe! It is absolutely stunning! Beautiful gardens and the pools and ground are immaculate. There is a 24 hour reception and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a small grocery store in the complex. The location is excellent, right across the street from beach and buses across the street. You absolutely don’t even need a car. We went everywhere by bus. You have plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance. We absolutely loved this place and hope to come back next year for a longer period.

Fantastic property in a great location

We had a great time in this apartment. It’s ideally placed to enjoy the beach, Paloma Park, restaurants, bars and all the facilities available in Benal Beach. Donatella was a great host and check in and out was really easy and very convenient for us. The apartment had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was perfect. We’ll definitely be back as long as we’re allowed to travel. Fingers crossed x
