This apartment is centrally located in the village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Situated on the ground floor access is gained from the main road that runs from Benalmadena Costa up to Mijas the apartment is right in the center of the village. There are just a few steps into the doorway. Once entered the apartment is in a quiet setting with a south facing balcony. From the roof terrace there are views over the village to Torrequebrada golf course, to the Andalucian Sierras, Sierra Nevada and to the African coast. The property is newly refurbished and although centrally located the complex is in a quiet peaceful location. Shops, bars and restaurants are all close. The bus stop for the busy shopping area of Arroya de la Miel and on to the beach is right outside the door. Private underground parking is provided and the main road tothe airport is minutes away.

Apartment was lovely with everything you needed, very clean and central to everything the village had on offer, plus bus stops just outside if you wanted to go further afield. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to messages and their representative Tracy was so lovely, helpful and happy to help wherever she could to make you feel welcomed.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment which was perfect for me and the wife, spotlessly clean and Tracy who met us was so helpful telling us the best places to go also swimming pool right outside the door to cool off after a day out . it is very close to all the restaurants and couple of bars which was also great for an evening out. all in all we could not fault it and will be returning next year.

great size apartment for 2 people. View onto pool. Great location in benalmadena pueblo. Facilities good.Bus stop outside for Mijas or the Costa. Great restaurants and bars in close proximity. But still quiet at night. Would stay again

Fabulous Apartment

Lovely apartment. Great location. Everything you need is provided down to sun loungers and beach towels. Tracy who met us on arrival was really nice and very helpful. Easy communication with owner. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment with a few glitches

The booking process and check in could not have been more easier, owner very helpful. On arriving at the property it was apparent a previous guest had lost the fob (to access outside space). Unfortunately due to a BH in Europe and then another loss day, this did mean we were 4/8 days without access to the terrace for sun bathing, on the second day the owner did make arrangement for the neighbour to give us access, however we are independent and did not feel comfortable with this. The owner did offer a full refund and for us to move, but of coarse at the last minute this isn’t easy and whilst we googled wasn’t possible. Whilst the owner was very helpful the unfortunate circumstances did ruin our holiday. as it was a bank holiday there were few buses to the beach … which lead to us catching taxis this would have been avoided had we had the fob. It was a lovely apartment, very comfortable bed, nice size lounge with small shaded balcony. the apartment is well equipped with everything anyone would need, including beach towels and bath towels. The apartment is in a great location, close to all the amenities, great restaurants and tapas. It’s a really pretty village which we have visited many times. Had we not had a the unfortunate circumstances it would have been a brilliant holiday, im sure you wouldn’t have the the fob issue so go ahead and book, we would use the apartment again providing we had the fob!!

Cozy but a bit far

Great place. Perfect for couple. Nice neighbourghood, quiet, all amenuities close by. Bus right at the door, but doesn't run early in the morning or late at night. Cab is about 10-15 euros, to or from train station. First time in VRBO, really enjoyed my stay.

Great little apartment, clean with everything you need. Nice quiet pool. Great access and location to bars/ restaurants in the village and bus stop to Mijas and coast right outside the door. We will stay again.

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment it has all amenities that are required for your holiday. It is ideally situated the bus stop is right outside of the front door the swimming pool is a added bonus I would highly recommended this rental apartment

This was our second stay in this apartment once again great holiday, everything on hand, bus stop right outside the front door and this year the car parking space was a god send for us , pool was great and shops, bars and restaurants on the door step, we hope to be back next year

great location

Great location up the hill from the coast in a beautiful village. We took the buses (from right outside the apartment) everywhere. The village has a wide selection of cafes and eateries and is very peaceful. The apartment is clean and well appointed with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were picked up from the airport and couldn't fault the service. Would recommend for a couple who like a quieter break

Location

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for a week and being frequent visitors to "the pueblo" the apartment can't be beaten for location. It is only a few steps to some lovely pubs and restaurants. The bus stop is directly outside the door with buses every 30 minutes down to the coast or in the opposite direction up to the beautiful village of Mijas. The pool was never busy with the only negative being it was very cold.

My wife and I have stayed at this apartment on 3 occasions including a long term stay and we have always found it to be very clean and comfortable. The south facing balcony is a bonus for enjoying coffee on those sunny mornings and the apartment is in a good position for easy access to the pool. The apartment is in close proximity for all of the amenities in the Pueblo i.e. supermarket/shops restaurants and pubs. The Buddist Temple, which is within 5 minutes walking distance is well worth a visit and if you like markets, even just for browsing, the Friday market in Arroyo has lots to keep you interested. We have no hesitation in recommending anyone contemplating staying at this apartment to give it a go.

Excellent apartment

Staying in this apartment was a joy. The position was perfect for walking into the town for meals which were excellent with a large choice of restaurants. Being on the ground floor we ere able to get to the pool easily, just outside the side door but the only downside is having to take all the keys to let you in to every door of the portal but I suppose that is what you have to put up with as the security is excellent.the apartment is well furnished with every kitchen appliance that you would want.the apartment is clean and a comfortable bed to rest your weary body. The pool is beautiful and was lovely to swim in especially as it is unheated but it is well maintained being cleaned every day. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested in walking as there are so many places to see and you don't need a car as there is a bus stop outside the apartment door.

Beuatiful

I've arrived to this place with my wife and my daughter and the first thing i noticed was the landscape fron the balcony,wich was marvellous.Apart from that the swimming pool,the "pueblo" was very very nice;the house complete of everything and functional;maybe the only thing i can reply was for the tv which was all in english but it doesn't matter as we were always out of the house.

Bright Apartment in pretty village.

A lovely, spacious one bedroom apartment, directly overlooking the communal pool which in June was very quiet and we often had to ourselves. Apartment had everything necessary for a holiday home and lounge was bright and comfortable to sit in the late evenings, which not all apartments are. Bus stops going in both directions just outside with cheap, regular service to the coast, which almost seemed like a taxi service door to door. We found the Pueblo a very pretty place with good restaurants and supermarket. Ideal for visiting Mijas (really worth the visit) and Arroyo in the evening. Apartment is easy walking distance (5 mins tops) to the Buddhist Stupa and the odd but interesting Castillo de Colomares. First trip to Benalmadena but we will definitely return to this area

We have worked on Cruise Liners in the Carribean and Mediterranean for RCCL and Airtours. We now have a 16 year old daughter and live in Durham in the North East of England and are both now music teachers as well as entertainers.
We are hoping to have more time in the future to enjoy our new holiday home and hope you enjoy our apartment in this lovely setting !.

Having traveled extensively as entertainers we have drawn on all our experience when buying this apartment. It really is the best of both worlds combining a typical Spanish setting with access to all the attactions of the Costa del Sol.

What makes this property unique

You will not be disappointed with this spacious apartment and its central location . We wanted a sea or pool view and this has both !. It is right off the main street but once in the apartment in a lovely peaceful setting.
