Villa Manuela | Preciosa villa independiente en el exclusivo Puerto Calero

Villa Manuela es una muy espaciosa villa con una amplia terraza que acoje una piscina privada que puede ser calentada durante los meses más fríos del año (con un coste adicional), una zona de barbacoa, y un parking privado. En su interior, hay un gran salón con un Smart TV con satélite, así como una amplia cocina totalmente equipada y con una mesa en la que pueden comer con comodidad hasta seis personas. La habitación principal tiene unas bonitas vistas al jardín y zona de piscina, y cuenta con una cama de matrimonio extra-grande y un baño completo en-suite. Las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño con ducha, y una cuenta con una cama de matrimonio mientras la otra tiene dos camas individuales.

En apenas cinco minutos caminando podrás llegar a Puerto Calero, el puerto deportivo más exclusivo de todo Lanzarote, donde a lo largo del año atracan lujosos superyates. Allí encontrarás multitud de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y un supermercado.

Very nice hokidays

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Manuela. Everything was excellent. We just complained about the knives not being sharp, and we got a new set of knives the next morning. Excellent private swimming pool!

Nice place but not 5*

It has been a nice very stay. The house is sound, great A/C and pool area. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds and couches were comfy. Ample shower and plenty storage. But it is not a 5* facility... The edges of the pool were cracking and falling into the pool. Pool guy and gardener turned up without any notice and let themselves in? which felt a bit odd. Once we made the agency aware of it, they tried to get it fixed. There is not lock at the main gate which felt a bit unsecured. Other than that, they could also do with new towels. I would stay again but at a reduced rate.

Villa Manuela is a really lovely Villa with a great pool and terrace area which gets all day sun. Easy walk to the supermarket and a little further down to the Port where there are numerous restaurants and cafes. The staff from Buenavilla were always very helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Villa in a great location

This villa is in a great location and a peaceful and lovely area. The property needs a little TLC and I think it rests on the area being popular. The agents Buenavilla are always attentive and quickly attend to any problems.

4 weeks family holiday

We're a young family with a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old and were looking to take a long break before our oldest starts school next year. We'd never been to the Canaries before but hoped to get good weather in March/April. The temperature is always around 22 degrees but the wind has a massive impact on whether it's warm or hot. Peurto Calero is a beautiful quiet town centred around the marina, designed with the tourist in mind. Must have a dozen restaurants and bars to choose from. The house is a five-minute walk from those. There's also a brand new supermarket that opened in April that is just one road down from the house. Really handy. The town is about a five-minute drive from Puerto Del Carmen which is a busy tourist town with everything else you need including softplay and playgrounds for the kids. The house was perfect. A beautiful heated pool, which the kids were crazy about. Pool guy comes to clean it every week and it has a cover to keep the heat in at night. Really good kitchen, really well equipped. The bedrooms are a really good size, so plenty of room all round. We had some visitors come to stay with us, like the grandparents. They had their own ensuite room while they were there, so we all fit comfortably. The cleaners came every week and left the place good as new. Buenavilla also worked around our schedule so that the house was cleaned before visitors came to stay, which was greatly appreciated. I also worked from the villa for one week and the wifi was perfect for zoom calls. it's a quiet road with maybe 20 houses, so we had all the peace and quiet we could ask for. Finally for kids, Lanzarote is really well set up. It's a tiny island so nothing is far away. (We had a car). Water parks in Playa Blanca, Zoo, Crazy Golf, soft plays. Playgrounds are hit and miss but we found a really good one in Playa Blanca and Femes. There's no beach in Puerto Calero but a beautiful swimming spot just outside Marina

Villa Manuella stay Jan 2025

We love Villa Manuella. A bit old fashioned but we prefer that to new square buildings. Swimming pool is great and is heated to a comfortable 27deg if you pay . Rooms comfortable and air-conditioning will warm them on cool evenings in winter. A chair or two in the bedrooms would be good. 3 internal steps a bit of a problem if you are a bit unstable: a handrail would be helpful. Position is good: a pleasant walk to the port and sea views. Hope to return next year

Amazing

We stayed at this villa for 19 nights me my husband and our 17yr old daughter We was allowed to check in early thanks to the app you get with all instructions on and a what’s app page as well There was work going on building the new shopping complex but we was warned About this before we left and it did not spoil our trip in fact we enjoyed watching the crane and builders will sat eating are breakfast Company be amazing always there if you need anything fast to respond Cleaner are phenomenal the best we have ever had Pool guy was Pleasant, but did not speak much English Villa had everything you could need like home from home Would definitely recommend this to anyone that want a nice relaxing time Puerto calero is so nice and peaceful as in the middle of Puerto del carmen and playa blanca if you want all the hustle and bustle you can get to either of them quite easy taxi ,car,local bus We had a car which we like Once again amazing fabulous holiday had sad to be back at home

Beautiful family holiday in Puerto Calero

If you like a quiet Villa with a beautiful pool and lots of outdoor space this is the place is for you. 5 minutes from restaurants and an idyllic port. We spent a week here in June, the comfort of the villa allowed us to completely relax from the first day. We have two teenage kids and everyone had their own space. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic villa

Villa Manuela is a great place to stay. The villa is roomy, immaculate and well equipped but still manages to feel like a home, not just a house. The rooms are all large with loads of storage and wardrobes and both bathrooms are massive. The kitchen is also roomy and the utility room and outdoor drying area very handy. The outdoor space is well tended and again more than enough room for the full complement of guests. The location, a few minutes walk to the beautiful harbour in Puerto Calero (a few minutes longer on the uphill return), is spot on and there is a very pleasant (but slightly rocky) cliff top walk to Puerto del Carmen. A few of our favourite restaurants and shops had closed since we were last here but the new Hiperdino supermarket development is coming along well which will add another great amenity to the location. We would definitely recommend this villa but have only stayed as a couple (this feels a bit self-indulgent, but as Villa Manuela priced up the same as a small apartment in a complex, it was rude not to take advantage!). The support from the Buenavilla team, for the very minor electrical fault we had, was immaculate and when we called to ask for help on a Sunday evening, we got to speak to someone straight away and the blown fuse was rectified within a minute with expert guidance over the phone. If you want a holiday where you can relax from beginning to end, you can't go far wrong with this place and we will back for a third (and more) time!

Ace for us

2nd year at Villa Manuella. Love quiet Porto Calero and the Villa. Great pool, nicely heated: worth the extra cost. Could do with chairs in the bedroom, individual bed lights. Lots of kitchen bits including super simple hob espresso coffee makers. More modern lighting and maybe better kitchen units would brighten the place. The pool area with sun loungers is great and the covered area good when the sun is strong. Overall good, enjoyed and hope to be back next year for a longer stay (2 weeks this year).

Lovely villa in wonderful resort

We were delighted to have found this villa. It was perfect and matched the website description perfectly. The whole booking and check in process was very easy, and the support and communication from the management company BuenaVilla was the most professional and slick we have encountered. The villa is actually as (if not more) spacious than it looks on the photos, and in terms of kitchen apparatus, it actually seemed to have more tools than listed - not that you should really need anything other than BBQ equipment or a stroll down to the harbour's food and drinks offerings. We love Puerto Calero anyway, and this has been the absolute stand out of our four rental in the resort of the past few years. The location will get even better when the new HiperDino supermarket opens (currently under construction, but seemingly build so as to be underground, with a very pleasant piazza/public realm at ground level) i.e. it will be a fantastic amenity for Puerto Calero, as well as an improvement to the environment rather than an eyesore.

Good holiday

Property is excellent for us. I was annoyed by your communication before hand and the fact that there was no written info in the property. My phone froze on the Monday of our stay so had no access to your on line info. We didn't need it but I do not want to have an app just to book a weeks holiday but a bit of info in the property abput what the symbols on the micro wave nmean is useful.

Wow, what an absolutely wonderful place to stay. From communication, arriving at the cleanest villa we have ever rented, the small but very welcome touches of a welcome basket & mid/rent clean to leaving. Nothing could be improved. Villa Manuela and Puerto Calero really made a perfect holiday.

Lovely villa

As we have stayed in Puerto Calero before we knew the area well, the villa was lovely, great location, peaceful, very clean with everything you needed, the pool was great a really good size. The local restaurants are very good, but from the villa to the harbour there is a bit of a steep hill, but plenty of parking if you have a hire car. A very relaxing stay.
