Impresionante villa independiente, hogar lejos de casa!

Villa Bellota, una villa moderna de 3 camas ubicada en una zona residencial tranquila, a solo 15-20 minutos a pie de la playa y los bares y restaurantes de Playa Blanca, está ubicada con fantásticas vistas de Montana Roja. El mar y la vecina Fuerteventura también se pueden ver desde la terraza.

La elegante villa ha sido recientemente renovada y cuenta con 3 habitaciones de buen tamaño, 2 con camas super king y puertas francesas que conducen a la terraza. La tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Todos los dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados. Hay 2 baños modernos, uno con plato de ducha y el otro con ducha y bañera.

El aire acondicionado está disponible en el salón y en las dos habitaciones dobles.

La sala de estar es abierta al comedor y la cocina moderna recién instalada, que está totalmente equipada con horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas y frigorífico americano. La villa tiene todo lo que necesitas para una cómoda estadía de autoservicio.

El salón tiene un sofá grande y cómodo, Smart TV, reproductor de DVD, radio con puerto USB y WiFi gratis. Una gama de canales de televisión del Reino Unido también está disponible. Desde el salón, las puertas plegables te llevan a la terraza exterior.

El espacio exterior cuenta con una magnífica piscina privada de 13 m que se calienta en invierno, un gran patio que rodea la piscina y el espacio exterior inmediato de la villa y una barbacoa de ladrillos. Se pueden encontrar cómodas tumbonas en la terraza alrededor de la piscina y una pérgola de madera proporciona sombra sobre el comedor exterior, que es perfecto para cenar al aire libre.

This villa was amazing. Its on a huge plot with a fantastic pool which is very large and heated to a perfect temperature. The outside space is what makes this villa. Inside just as good. Communication with Jane was great. Would definately book this villa again.

Beautiful property with a truly outstanding outside space/pool in a very peaceful residential location - ideal for a chilled and relaxed holiday, but close enough to all amenities and central Playa Blanca/Flamingo Beach/Rubicon Marina (either walking or a few Euros in a taxi).

The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything required for a villa holiday. The pool and outdoor areas are fantastic. The area is quiet but very accessible to amenities. Contact with the owner and management team has been excellent. We would highly recommend and hope to return.

great villa in lovely location very clean and comfortable small issues were sorted very quickly very spacious inside and out - there were 5 of us pool is the best one we ever had - large warm and perfect depth could only recommend and cant wait to come back

Had a lovely relaxing holiday

Lovely villa with large outside area and brilliant pool that you have space to swim some lengths in. The location is good, very quiet and just a few minutes drive into the town. Had a very relaxing holiday!

Fantastic Villa

The villa was absolutely stunning and even better than the pictures. Everything just as described. The pool was amazing especially for swimming laps. Location good - short walk to town for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Fabulous Villa

Everything went smoothly from the first communication with Jane, she was so helpful. The villa is fabulous, great location and everything within walking distance, taxi rank round the corner if you don’t feel like a walk. Overall a great Xmas with the family, I hope we’ll be back!

An absolute treasure

One of the very best outdoor spaces that we’ve ever had the pleasure to holiday at - the garden, patio and pool area are truly beautiful. The villa itself is immaculate, very spacious & well equipped. We will definitely look into returning very soon.

Beautiful Villa Bellota

The property is as described. The check was very straight forward, very clean and offered us so much space. The putside area with pool was an added bonus. The area was tranquil. We hired a car and explored the island, so many beautiful places on the coast and inland to visit. Overall, a fantastic break in a beautiful villa.

Excellent villa

Amazing property in a great location- nice quiet neighbourhood but still only a 10-15 min walk to the seafront. Wonderful outside space with fabulous pool. We ate in most of the time and the kitchen was really well equipped. Bring one and two euro coins if you want the AC though as it’s operated by a coin meter.

Relaxing holiday

The villa is spacious and was very clean on arrival. We really liked all the outside space, particularly the covered outside sofa area which was a great place to read a book and relax. The pool was fantastic and at 13m was great for swimming as well as playing in with our 3 year old. The villa is in a quiet area which was perfect for us and made it easy to relax in the day and evenings. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to visit again in future.

Fabulous Villa

We were delighted to stay in this amazing villa. Ample space indoors and out, with a fantastic pool. We Loved sitting in the pergola with a coffee looking over to the mountains/watching the sunset. Flamingo beach is stunning and worth the walk. A Taxi rank just round the corner if you don’t feel like walking and is quite cheap. Just a few euros. Excellent communication from Jane. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa

We had a great stay in Villa Bellota! The villa was immaculate & the outside space was perfect, plenty of sun loungers and areas of shade when it got too hot. The pool was lovely and warm and much bigger than any other pool we’ve had at other villas. The location is handy for the local beach, a 15 minute walk away and the taxi rank round the corner is ideal if it’s too hot to walk slightly further into town. We did have a hire car but could have done without it. We will definitely be back!

From the start of the booking process the owner was quick to reply to any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family of four, it had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. The heated 13x4m pool was a real bonus as the temperature was cooler in May, the cover was easy to remove and replace. The Villa is a little away from the centre in a quiet area a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car to the resort centre where there is ample free parking.

Super séjour. Une location au top!

La villa est conforme aux photos. Grande belle et très propre. La piscine chauffée est un régal pour se baigner au mois de mai. Jane, notre hôte a multiplié les délicates attentions et est très réactive pour répondre aux questions ou autres problématiques rencontrées. Elle est en outre fort sympathique ;-) La terrasse est grande, bien pensée et accueillante. La végétation typique des Canaries tout autour est très agréable. La vue sur le volcan depuis la piscine est une belle expérience On s’est sentis comme à la maison. C’était chouette! Même si nous ne sommes pas adeptes du fait de revenir aux mêmes endroits plusieurs fois de suite, nous pourrions relouer cette villa une prochaine fois à plusieurs couples tant la prestation était satisfaisante. Merci Jane !

Great villa fantastic pools

Great villa. Very spacious/ clean/ modern. Very responsive owner answering questions within minutes. Outside space is great and pool must be one of the largest and best laid out private pools in playa Blanca. Will definitely book here again if available.

The villa didn’t have a pool when we purchased it some years back, so we built it exactly how we wanted it. Big enough to actually swim in was the main criteria for my husband, warm enough to swim in was mine!!
