Apartment of 60 square meters, spacious, bright, cozy, with a balcony terrace that overlooks the beach.
It consists of large bedroom with large double bed, very comfortable. Living room with American bar and kitchen.
Bathroom with bathtub and screen.
The area in which it is located is great. Near the nerve center of the city of Las Palmas, eight minutes on foot from Santa Catalina Park. There are shops and shopping centers very close.
The beach of Las Canteras is considered the best urban beach in Europe. It is the lung of the city with its changing landscape. It is stocked with countless restaurants of all kinds, international and local food. There is always a good atmosphere, both at night and during the day.
