About this property

Secluded and Comfortable Attic in Old City

Comfortable, quiet and charming attic in the historic center, 70 mt from the Arch of the Sergii, on the 3rd and last floor.
The amenity of having shops, restaurants, bus stops, massage centers, and the best ice cream under the house, will allow you to organize your stay without effort. The apartment has a GUEST BOOK with all information on the area and I’m at your disposal for any need 24/24.

The travel cot for the newborns is available free.

With the recent renovation of some parts, we have tried to put personal, warm, original and natural notes in it, to make a unique and comfortable experience for you.
On the urban charm of the attic has been added to all modern comforts: fast WiFi, air conditioning, dishwasher, stereo AUX for a smartphone, kettle, microwaves. Each corner has been equipped for individual activities where each guest can enjoy their moment of relaxation.

Schöne Unterkunft. Gern wieder...

Sehr zentral gelegen, man benötigt nicht zwingend ein Auto. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage und schönes, altes Haus mit einer Dachterasse, über die man einen sehr schönen Rundumblick hat.
