The ArtDécoApartament, on the first floor of the building, comprises two bedrooms with two single beds each, living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen open to the dining room and a bathroom with shower. The maximum capacity is 6 people, and are guaranteed: Internet (cable and Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels and weekly cleaning.

The EPO. APT -ArtDécoApartments is a charming modernist building dating back to 1936. The building is a striking example of Deco architecture from the 1930s. This residential complex is the result of a rehabilitation project carried out in the year 2012, which has restored the exterior facades of the building and its interior spaces, turning them into functional and cozy holiday apartments.

Great stay!

Schönes Haus - enttäuschende Einrichtung

Die Lage des Hauses ist günstig, die Nachbarschaft etwas anonym. Die Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Haus ist leider völlig lieblos saniert und unpersönlich eingerichtet. Zudem in bereits schlechten Zustand (Laminatboden, Armaturen, Schränke, Bad). Die praktische aber lieblose Einrichtung heißt einen als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Schlüsselübergabe/Koordination unkompliziert. Trotzdem Schade um das schöne Art Deco Gebäude!

Les photos ne laissent pas apparaître le manque de rangement : pas de placard pour le rangement des vêtements seulement une penderie en toile de plastique .en ce qui concerne la vaisselle un couvert ,un verre par personne ...les matelas dans une chambre ne sont pas adaptés pour des adultes.le lave linge ne fonctionne pas très bien un seul cycle peut être utilisé. les personnes qui résident au dessus étaient très bruyantes. Points positifs l’emplacement proche du centre et du metro ,le chauffage.et le contact avec le propriétaire.

Toller Standort für Porto

Der ganze Ablauf (Antworten auf Fragen im Vorfeld, Buchung, Schlüsselübergaben, ...) war sehr angenehm. Obwohl wir erst sehr spät am Abend um 0.30 Uhr ankamen, wurde in der Wohnung auf uns gewartet und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Fußläufig ist alles leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben fünf tolle Tage verbracht und würden uneingeschränkt wieder hier wohnen. Wer keinen Panoramarblick aus den Fenstern braucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Angaben des Vermieters im Inserat sind wirklich zutreffend. Vielen Dank! T.A. aus S-H

Belle location

L'appartement est refait à neuf et bien situé. L'intérieur est sobre mais confortable et lumineux. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous avons pu garer la voiture très facilement, quasiment devant la porte et nous déplacer à pied ou avec les transports en commun. Maria qui nous a remis les clés nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. Vous pouvez louer en confiance.

Bien situé et calme

Nous sommes un couple d'enseignants retraités. Notre séjour à Porto a été excellent, le logement décoré avec goût, et bien équipé, est situé dans un endroit calme proche de la vieille ville (20 mn à pieds et possibilité de prendre le métro à 5 mn). Le propriétaire parle français et est de bon conseil.
