This one bedroom apartment is situated in a great central location offering easy access to great selection of restaurants and cafes, as well as the Beacon shopping centre and Eastbourne beach.

Stepping into the property you can really feel and appreciate the time the owner has spent in making this apartment feel like a home from home. Decorated with modern and stylish furnishings as well as detailed extras this property offers as a truly great base for any traveler.

For those that enjoy cooking and the comforts of dining in, this kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, air fryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, an array of cooking utensils, crockery and even a washer-dryer.

With a cosy L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and a plush cream rug, the living-dining room has a naturally cosy feel to it.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and leads out onto your own private courtyard (a rare bit of private outdoor space for such a central location). The separate ensuite bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower.

All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for guests staying for two weeks or longer additional linen will be provided. Free WiFi is also included. Parking is on street and daily permits are available to buy (ask us for details/price).

Lovely little place in central area

We had a great stay. The place is as shown in the pictures, although the bathroom was probably a little smaller than we expected. The whole place was clean and smelled nice.Communication was easy and the check in couldn’t have been easier. The flat is in a great central location in the town centre and the only issue was finding a parking spot, but that is to be expected when you are in the town centre.Overall a really good stay and I’d highly recommend.

Stellar service

Great location in "Little Chelsea". Every fourth shop is a beauty salon or nail parlor. Cafes & coffee shops nearby. Some minor issues that when aware management of Carl and his team dealt with quickly and generously. Owner should replace the living room rug; it sheds dreadfully. We kept looking around for a dog....

Great location, but didn’t live up to its description

Great location, but description of property was not accurate. There is no freezer or washing machine in the kitchen. They are located in a locker outside the front door. The bed is not king size, more like a double. The plush cream rug sheds terribly. Street parking is very difficult, requires a daily permit, and first come-first serve. The thermostat does not control the heat - it comes on once or twice a day, inconsistently and beyond your control. Finally, the description does not make it clear that this is a basement apartment.

Hi Charles, So pleased to hear that you loved the location - it's very unusual to be so central and yet on such a quiet side street. Sorry if you were in any way surprised as that is the last thing we ever want - we'd much rather exceed our guests' expectations. We always try to be super open and honest with our photos (definitely no wide angled lenses) and we also have a 3D virtual tour on our Exclusively Eastbourne website which allows you to 'walk' around the whole apartment to appreciate everything it has. The central heating is completely flexible and controllable so that you can be as toasty as you like - it is set so that it automatically comes on at certain times, but guests can also raise the temperature outside of these times by simply using the thermostat - it sounds like we need to make it even clearer and not simply within the Guest Information folder provided in the flat. Apologies if the plush and fluffy rug wasn't to your liking. A dishwasher was added to the kitchen as we appreciate our guests don't want the hassle of handwashing dishes and we simply relocated the washing machine literally outside the front door in the covered area. There is a small freezer compartment above the fridge in the kitchen, but again we wanted to make the flat even better equipped so added a large freezer - again literally outside the front door. The bed is indeed a standard UK kingsize and the flat a lower ground floor which the cover photo on the listing hopefully portrays pretty well. We are delighted to provide parking permits for just £2 per day which seem to go down extremely well with our guests considering that the flat is so central - it would cost more like £20 per day in Brighton, for example. They cover directly outside the flat and also across a decent part of the town centre.
