This is a modern, luxury 4 bedroom all ensuite, 4 bathroom Townhouse Villa with marble and wooden floors throughout in an ideal location in Vilamoura. Just 400 yards from our house is a brand new supermarket Pingo Doce. Handy for getting all of your shopping done with no need for a car.
We have a cot for infants and can add an inflatable bed to the bedroom with two single beds to accommodate 3 people. So we can cater for up to 9 people plus an infant on application.

We have just installed a brand new kitchen with Bosch Appliances and an American Style Double Fridge Freezer with Filtered Ice and water dispenser.
Our house is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned. If you don't wish to hire a car we have a local bus stop immediately opposite our house and one stop takes you to the Marina and Falesia beach. There is a timetable in the house.
We have an Amazon Firestick TV system including all SKY Movies and SKY Sports with EVERY channel including BBC1.2 ITV Chanel 4, Chanel 5 and all sports channels including BT Sports. We also have Netflix available for guest use.
It has a BBQ/dining patio overlooking the large 15 m by 6 m pool which is only 5 paces from the house. Kitchen has recently been modernised and is equipped with new Bosche appliances and is a pleasure to cook in.
Only 900 yards to 3 of the golf clubhouses ( Laguna, Millenium and Victoria) and a 4 minute drive to the marina area and beaches. Overlooks the Millenium Golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfers and families alike.
Entry leads you to the large open plan dinning area with solid wooden dining table with 8 leather style seats, and large sitting area with new leather 3 seater, 2 seater corner suite and swivel TV armchair. Large new smart LCD TV.
Pool: The pool is large, 15 m by 6 m and although shared with other residents is rarely used by them. Most of our neighbours either live there and take the pool for granted or use their houses as holiday homes. We have 4 sun beds dedicated for your personal use plus you can use another two of the communal beds. As our Villa is at the end of the complex you only have one neighbour. You also have great space directly in front and as the pool is only 5 paces from the Villa terrace it's easy to dive in and out without to much running about.
