Beautiful newer town home located in Rehoboth Beach, DE (Rehoboth Crossing Dev) with 3 Master Bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. Pet Friendly. 1st level offers one master bedroom, with own bathroom. Upstairs 2nd level offers a modern kitchen, open floor plan w/dining & living room, enclosed screen porch overlooking the cool blue community pool. The 3rd Floor offers Two Master Bedrooms and a Washer/Dryer. Close to all Outlets, Restaurants, Movies, Golf, Water Parks and the Beach. 1 mile walk/drive to Rehoboth Boardwalk/Beach and a two mile bike ride into Dewey Beach.
Vacation Rental Options Available, See below:
Note: No Saturday Nights from May to October.
Sunday 5pm Check-In to Saturday 11 am Check-Out.
Plus $150.00 Cleaning Fee Per Rental & $100 Pet Fee, per Pet, if applicable.
Three (3) Vacation Beach Stay Options Available Below:
1. Monday - Saturday: Monday 11am Check-In to Saturday 11am Check-Out: Base Fee $2,100.00 plus $150 Cleaning.
2. Sunday - Friday: Sunday 5pm Check-In to Friday 3 pm Check-Out: Base Fee: $2,100.00 plus $150 Cleaning Fee.
3. Sunday - Saturday: Sunday 5pm Check-In to Saturday Check-Out by 11am: Base Fee: $2,600.00 plus $150.00 Cleaning Fee.
Additional Fees: $200.00 Processing Transaction Fee.

Add $100+ if more than 8 Guests; $100 per additional guest apply.

Parking pass and pool passes must be left in house upon final departure. Do not park on street at anytime.

Wonderful Property

Very clean and spacious townhouse with awesome screened-in deck. Offers Terrific amenities, bikes were great to have. TVs huge and high quality. Furniture and beds excellent. Location is awesome, can easily access the bike and running trail that takes you to Rehobeth Beach or Lewes - would definitely rent again in the future!

Awesome place!!

It was ideal for me and my family of 5 and in-laws. We got there and the house was cleaned and furnished really comfortably. All amenities and the property were as described. Plenty of space and the pool was great. Communication was perfect. Nothing could have been better. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Family Vacation

This is a beautiful townhouse and Lisa is wonderful. She stated we would be the first renters staying in their property since they purchased it, so I was excited. The furnishings are elegant and cozy all at the same time. I loved the mattress in the 3rd floor master at the top of the stairs. I haven't slept that good in a bed in a long time. I miss it! lol The boys had their own little man cave on the bottom floor. The location was great as the pool was right outside the door and it's a very short drive to Rehoboth Beach. The bike/hike trail is very convenient as I used it every morning for my daily walk. Lisa was very accommodating to our needs and easy to work with and I enjoyed talking with her. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. I hope we set a great example of being good renters:)

Annual family beach trip

We come to Rehoboth beach once a year to visit our family in Delaware and Pennsylvania. This location is great for avoiding traffic to the beach, and my brother also has a place in rehoboth crossing. Very nice place!

My family had the best time staying here. The house was very clean, had all the cooking supplies we needed. Having the pool so close was an added bonus. The owners were always very quick to respond to the my questions. We will be staying here again.

We all met here for our family reunion. The house worked great. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The large community pool was conveniently located right next to us. The Rehobeth area is a fun beach town.

The hosts were great! The townhouse is nicely decorated and it was very clean. All the appliances were convenient - Keurig, etc. We were an easy ride to the state park to go to the beach and close to the outlets and restaurants. Thanks for a great time.

Great stay, convenient location

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. It is a very convenient location on the main road right next to tons of restaurants and shopping. Super quick to get to Rehoboth and also easy to go to downtown Lewes. It was very clean and lots of space for the whole family.

Wonderful Experience!!

We had a fabulous experience at this rental and would highly recommend it! Very clean and cozy home with nice furnishings. We enjoyed being just a few feet away from the pool too! Easy to gage when it was full of people and when it was not. The location is perfect. Minutes from the beach and minutes from the outlets! Conveniently located right near a Giant grocery store and huge outlet liquor store. CVS is a short walk away for a quick run for something needed on the fly. The renters were very friendly and responsive to all questions we had. We hope to rent from them again next summer.
