The most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed!

This house is an oasis of calm and tranquility. Everything about it is perfect! The pool area was lovely and we used it every day during our October stay. The house is located just a few minutes drive away from Monpazier which is a beautiful, friendly village. The property was immaculate and the owners were extremely helpful! The only problem is - we didn’t want to leave!!!

We don't have enough words to describe how amazing this property is. We spent 6 wonderful days enjoying this beautiful, extremely clean gite with our family. Monpazier is a stunning local village where we spent a few days exploring. We also visited Chateau de Biron and La Roque-Gageac, both worth a visit. The pool is a wonderful size and cleaned mid week for even more enjoyment and as we had our Boxer dog with us she had a massive, well cut, fully enclosed garden to play in. Magalie and Jean Luc are wonderful hosts and were at the end of a phone if needed. We will 100% book again.

Schöner Urlaub in wunderbarem Ambiente

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Terrassen sind phantastisch , vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich und geschützt. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts . Die Besitzer Magalie und Jean Luc sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Le maison absolument magnifique dans un beau jardin isolé. Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans la piscine. La terrasse couverte vous permet de profiter des soirées plus fraîches à l'extérieur ainsi que de la chaleur. Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit à tout le monde

Ein Paradies für 4-Beiner!

Sehr schönes Haus was alles zu bieten hat was man braucht. Großes Badezimmer , schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, funktionelle Küche und gute Betten. Ein Highlight sind die 3 Terrassen vowon 2 mit Schiebefenster zu sind. Riesiger umzäunter Bering was unsere Hunde absolut zu würdigen wussten. Großer Pool , leider nicht beheizt. Im Umkreis von 100 km sehr viele Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten. (Grotten, Schlösser, 3 Empfehlungen sind Lascaux , Rocamadour mit Gouffre du Padirac) Und ein Dankeschön an die Besitzer für den sehr netten Empfang. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Amoureuse des lieux calmes avec beaucoup d'espace c'est juste merveilleux!!! un parc entièrement clos pour les animaux, une piscine , des transats, une terrasse abritée, une maison cosy ,bien équipée tout est parfait ! Sehr schönes Anwesen mitten im Grünen

Madame Magalie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir waren gleich begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Anwesen. Besonders der sehr gepflegte Pool für uns ganz allein war ein Traum. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man Ruhe sucht und mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten im schönen Monpazier, wo man alles kaufen kann. Das Haus ist blitzsauber und gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts. Für unseren Hund war der große eingezäunte Garten ideal. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Parfait

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, confortable et rien ne manque. Le grand terrain est totalement clôturé, ce qui est appréciable pour les enfants et les animaux. La propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis et le problème de chauffage qui est survenu pendant notre séjour a été réglé le jour même. Merci encore à Magalie. Nous conseillons cette location aussi bien pour l'été que hors saison. La région est magnifique et le village de Monpazier, tout proche, est très joli avec tous commerces et restaurants.

A home from home

We rented Sauduc whilst we were waiting to complete on our new house in the Dordogne. The house is excellent, very nicely furnished, and extremely comfortable. Magalie is the most helpful host and we would thoroughly recommend the villa. Very conveniently situated for the delightful MONPAZIER and really good for dog walking. Definitely a 5* establishment.

Zeer nette woning op een ongelooflijk mooie plek. Stilte alom. Zeer goed bereikbaar en Monpazier is zeer goed bereikbaar. Bedrag voor schoonmaak en bedden en badgoed wordt niet vermeld, alsmede beperkte aanwezigheid van zeep, toiletpapier, etc. Boodschappen doen voor het betrekken van de woning is aan te raden.

Gerne noch einmal

Uns gefiel das Haus 2020 so gut, dass wir es direkt für dieses Jahr wieder gebucht hatten. Wir wurden davon überrascht, wie schön es in der Zwischenzeit renoviert wurde. Am schönsten sind die Lichtaugen im Dach, die die offene Wohnküche erhellen und jetzt den eleganten Eindruck unterstreichen. ( vielleicht kommt noch ein neuer Boden in das kleine Badezimmer? ) Ein perfektes Objekt mit Kindern und für Hundebesitzer. Das riesige Grundstück ist nach wie vor komplett eingezäunt und hält selbst Hunde im Jagdfieber zurück. Die Dordogne ist eine der schönsten Gegenden, die wir in Frankreich bisher gesehen haben. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Möglichkeiten etwas zu erleben, wenn man es möchte. Allerdings hat uns das Grundstück und die Möglichkeit bei jedem Wetter draußen zu sein noch besser gefallen. ( Zwei verglaste, eine offene Terrasse) Darüberhinaus sind Magalie und Jean-Luc sehr hilfsbereit und vor allem präsent, sobald ein Problem auftaucht, auch wenn es selbst verschuldet ist.😂 Vielen Dank Magalie und Jean-Luc

Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hunden

Total gepflegtes, riesiges, komplett eingezäuntes Anwesen. Absolute Ruhe. Sehr Klasse die verschiedenen Terrassen, für jedes Wetter geeignet. Pool ein wenig kühl, aber erfrischend in der Hitze. Das Haus bleibt schön kühl. Noch ein Highlight, keine Mücken. In der schönen Stadt Monpazier gibt es praktisch alles zu kaufen. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Um das Haus zu finden sollten die GPS Daten ins Navigationsgerät eingegeben werden.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Sehr großes Grundstück, eingezäunt, ideal für unseren Hund, super Pool, schön eingerichtetes Haus mit einem riesen Bad, in der Küche alles vorhanden, ruhig und abgeschieden, Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir werden dieses Objekt wieder buchen!
