Nuestro espacioso apartamento de tres habitaciones incluye una hermosa sala de estar y tres hermosos balcones que proporcionan a nuestros huéspedes vistas espectaculares que permanecen con ellos incluso después de salir de Barcelona.


El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio del siglo 18, en una zona residencial preciosa y tranquila, a cinco minutos a pie de Plaça Catalunya y Passeig de Gracia. El apartamento está completamente equipado para satisfacer las necesidades y deseos de todos nuestros huéspedes.

El encanto pacífico de nuestro Casp Platinum Apartment y su vecindario insta a nuestros huéspedes a volver a Barcelona. Beautiful and luxurious apartment located in a charming neighborhood and a short walk to all the main sites. Beautiful balconies overlooking Barcelona. Arian is a wonderful host, and made us feel so welcome, leaving bottled water, wine, and some food staples in the refrigertor. Well stocked kitchen for hosting meals.

The appartment was terriffic, and the host was very helpful. There was even fresh fruit for us when we arrived. Location is fantastic within walking distance of all the major sites to see in Barcelona.

Eixample Terraces

Great location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We were family of four with two adult children, plenty of room for everyone. Easy to walk to many places, and the metro is close. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Wonderful terraces to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Arian was very kind and helpful. We would love to come back!

Wonderful stay, amazing location!

The apartment was exactly as described. The bedrooms were very spacious and the apartment was bright and airy. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a few meals in during our 10 day stay. But the location was the best feature. Everything was a 20 minute walk at most. We there are grocery markets and restaurants right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved it. Arian was an exceptional host. Very responsive.

Excellent location

Arian was very pleasant, he greeted us and filled us in on some great places to eat and see. The Condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and my teenagers were happy to have their own rooms. We would definitely recommend staying here, Barcelona is amazing.

Spacious Traditional Spanish Apartment

Host was exceptionally responsive. Apartment is very clean and beds were fabulous. Location is close to shopping and attractions. The two bathrooms was great with family. Elevator worked well. East walk to grocery and washer dryer was useful.

Great location. Nice stay. Safe area.

This is our second time staying in this apartment as the location is super! The parking arrangement was super helpful! Thank you Arian. Unfortunately this time the kitchen was not super clean and the beds had no top sheets just comforters (in the BCN heat not the greatest). The pictures as mentioned in my last reviews do not reflect accurately the apartment - lots of furniture and a bit crowded. Overall nice stay.

Overall, while the property worked for us, but for the premium price, the amenities and the tired condition, this listing left us underwhelmed. What is really sad, is that the bones of this property are fantastic and with a little work and minor expence, it could be made great.

We loved our stay

Our large family consisting of 9 individuals (from 4 generations) had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Barcelona apartment. Arian, Erika and Paula were fantastic hosts who met all of our needs. The apartment is in a great location. Within 1.5 blocks, there is a Metro stop, supermarket, a variety of bars and restaurants, a bakery and pharmacy. From the apartment, it is a easy walk to Plaça de Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, or the Parc de la Ciutadella where the Barcelona zoo is located. We will definitely stay in this apartment again and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in experiencing the flavor and style of Barcelona.

Wonderful apartment and location

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very nice, the beds are very comfortable. We were in the city so it was a bit loud. We ran noise machines on our phones which helped. It was nice being a bit further out from all the big city crowds. We would have liked more coffee. There is a charge for more towels, coffee, and garbage removal. We chose not to utilize this since it would've been 60 euro. All in all it was a very nice stay. A very comfortable, spacious flat. We enjoyed the character and charm of the flat!

Great Apartment

This apartment was a great location with beautiful views. It was beautiful inside but a bit different from the pictures. We had a bit of an issue with check in time and it was not ready for us and check out we were asked to check out a little earlier than the checkout time. Airian, the host, a very friendly man worked with is with our luggage which was great and provided good communication. The apartment was spacious and worked well for us. The coffee maker didn't seem to work which was frustrating. The door to get in the building had issues too. There is a small elevator so make sure its working because its alot of stairs if not.

A bit disappointing for the cost!

The pictures sure were much better than the flat in person. They appeared to be from many years ago and without the clutter of things everywhere in the flat. The place was clean but certainly less than anticipated especially for the premium price we paid. I really feel we were taken advantage of with the price we paid. It was advertised as a quiet residential neighborhood and it was anything but quiet. It was clean and that was good but things were in need of repair and the price we paid was especially large for what we received. There was one comment made that unfortunately I did not read until after we arrived which was a poor rating and frankly summed it up very accurately. I would not stay here again!

Renters Beware

When we arrived we immediately felt very uncomfortable and sad as we walked into this apartment. We were taken back by how completely different the Apartment looked compared to the amazing pictures posted on the site. We walked in to broken mis-matched furniture, and old dusty strange decor that looked nothing like the pictures. We also walked into a host that was nervous and trying to cover up what he knew was false advertising. We paid top dollar for a place that just wasn't. We had 2 towels for 5 of us. We had half rolls of toilet paper and ran out in the first day. We had no pods for his special coffee maker which he assured us he would replenish and he never bothered until the night before we left he finally offered. Arian also begged us to not write a bad review and in turn he would take money off the rent and credit us. He never did. I have rented over 40 different homes through various sites and never has this been so bad. We were so disappointed because this was the start of our vacation and it was definitely not what we anticipated. He then said that the apartment advertised was not available, and that it would be available the next day. It never was and he never showed us or showed up until the last night to offer us the toilet paper and coffee pods that should've been replaced the first night. He did leave a pack of toilet paper for us that last night along with a plant which we could not take and a bottle of cava to smooth things over. He tried and begged us for a way to make things better but we never were given the flat that was posted on the site, the flat that we paid top dollar for. He never gave us supplies that should be provided by a good host and he fed us lies and is a false advertiser. I know people have rated him high, and maybe his other places are nice, but this place IS NOT what we saw and you should be very cautious and ask exactly what you are getting when dealing with this host. A positive is that the location is good. There are lots of great restaurants and walking to sites is not too far. Arian mentioned that it was dangerous and we needed to be cautious, but I did not feel uncomfortable walking around at night or anytime. Pictures are deceiving as is the host. Beware!
