Beautiful large and luxurious family-friendly 'stonehouse' with stunning sea views

Lighthouse Zavala is a beautiful detached stone house, located on the mountain with a beautiful view over the sea and the uninhabited island of Scedro. From the house you can walk down the hill to find one of the many quiet pebbly beaches and take a dip in the clear blue sea. For your fresh bread you walk a short distance to the Market, where you can also do the simple shopping.

The apartment is fully equipped and very spacious (95 m2). The apartment is located on the middle floor and has a separate entrance. Above the apartment there is another apartment, which is also rented out. Both apartments are identical. Ideal if you want to celebrate a holiday with two families or couples at the same time, but still want to maintain your own privacy.

Layout:
Each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, coffee milk frother for the tastiest cappuccino and much more. Food can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors on the balcony, while you enjoy the rising or setting sun and the beautiful view of the island of Scedro. On the balcony is a table with chairs and a relaxed lounger. There is a small picnic table for the little ones. The balcony on the middle floor is completely covered. The upper apartment is not, but that has a sunscreen.
At the back of the apartment are the two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a gazebo cabinet in each room. Between the two rooms is the bathroom where the toilet is located and the rain shower and sink.
In the spacious living room is the sofa bed for two people that can be used and relaxed armchairs. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones.

On the ground floor is the 'storage' where the washing machine is, which is available for all tenants.
