apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, can be suitable for people with walking problems, consisting of large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, and bedroom with three beds, two bathrooms in one of which is housed the washing machine. Around the apartment there is a large terrace equipped for outdoor living and another terrace can be used on the roof of the house, suitable for sunbathing in complete isolation.

Great location to explore Alassio

Apartment is very close to the beach with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Francesco gave us lots of information for Alassio and towns in the area which was very useful

Very nice property in great location but enjoyment of our stay severely impaired by me being ill throughout my stay there & therefore unable to enjoy the experience.(Had to return to UK early for health reasons ).Very disappointing but nothing to do with apartment or its very helpful owner Francesco.

Erholsame Zeit in guter Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Es gibt derzeit noch einen sehr kleinen Lift (Wohnung ist im 5. Stock - perfekt zum Pizza abtrainieren), der wird wohl aber Anfang nächsten Jahres durch einen neuen ersetzt. Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen vorhanden, was gut ist bei nächtlichen Temperaturen um 25 Grad. Von der Lage her ist die Wohnung nahe dem Meer und der Vermieter erklärt einem gleich, wo man parken, essen, baden und einkaufen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Vi gillade särskilt terassen med utsikt över bergen, läget nära stranden och storleken på lägenheten. Francesco är en väldigt trevlig värd som hämtade och lämnade vårt bagage från och till tågstationen och gav många bra tips på saker att göra!

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir durften Mittag nach Ankunft sofort einziehen und alles wurde sorgfältig erklärt. Im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus gibt es reservierte Plätze. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und vor allem die riesige Terrasse richtig toll! Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
