Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please wash all plates. glasses and dishes. Wipe them and put them in the kitchen cupboard. Gather all the garbage and put the bags outside on the pavement.
Gather all the towels in the bathroom.
Close all the windows and doors and put the key in the key box. Take a photo of electrcity and send it to us on WhatsApp.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only people who book can stay in the villa. No visitors. If we find more people you pay €60 per person per night and lose all the breakage deposit.
Electricity For 2 nights and more you have 20 units free per day. Extra units at 35c per 1 unit 1 month stay need to pay for electricity / water
Eco Contribution Tax We need to collect €1.50c per person per night over 18 years. You need to pay it with the deposit of €100 before you arrive.
