Charming Villa Pera for 6 guests, within walking distance to Mallorca beaches and 1km to Puerto Pollensa!



This quaint 190-square-meter villa sits on a gorgeous property of 8,200 square meters just 1.5km to the beaches along the northern Mallorca coast. When not lounging in the Mediterranean sands, go for a swim in your private pool (5m x 9m, depth from 1m to 2m), followed by sunbathing on the pool's patio and snacks and sangria at the picnic table on the wraparound front porch.



Doors from the terrace lead into the spacious dining room/living room with a table and chairs, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen where you can make homemade meals for your friends and loved ones. There are also two cozy sofas and a television for evening entertainment.



Follow the hall to the three bedrooms: (1) one double bed, (2) two single beds, and (3) two single beds. The bedrooms share to full bathrooms, and one bedroom features direct access to the terrace and pool. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.



In addition to living within walking distance of Puerto Pollensa and the beach, other amenities are just a short drive away and include the old town of Pollença (6.5km) and Cala St. Vicente (6.5km). A supermarket is just 0.5km away, restaurants are 0.5km away, and a golf course is 9.1km away.
