The coast and the beach can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.

The house is spacious, light, modern in architecture and design (125m2).

In the garden is a beautiful tiled private pool (5 x 10 meters). Around the swimming pool there are some age-old olive trees and a large avocado tree next to all kinds of citrus trees.

On the ground floor is the comfortable spacious living room with large open kitchen. The loft-like room has a high ceiling and is decorated in a modern style. In addition to a stylish fireplace * there is also WIFI on request.

The open kitchen is also complete with modern hot air oven, microwave, double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and espresso machine.

Further on the ground floor a toilet with bidet and sink and a room with the washing machine.

On the first floor there are 4 rooms: one very spacious bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet and air conditioning, 1 (children's) bedroom with 2 single beds and a room (separated from the corridor with panel curtains) containing a 2- person bed of 1. 40 m wide. This room is also equipped with air conditioning. Rest of course the modern bathroom with large shower, double sink, toilet and bidet.
