The apartment was lovely very spacious, clean and great value . Location was also great , couldn’t have been better.

Nice apartment - wonderful balcony area

Apartment is nice, could do with a little attention and slightly better equipped. The second bedroom is small and appears to be a sectioned off part of the original bedroom which was fine except that it had no wardrobe and a very small drawer unit.However the balcony area was great, big and sunny, again needs some attention.However,the apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay

Good location

Very spacious property and sun terrace. A good location to get about from. Asten Realty was very good with the arrangements and in looking after us. Many thanks. The outdoor furniture was very dirt on arrival. The soft furnishing on the sun beds is very torn on the underside. The BBQ is very old and dirty and not really useable. The inside of the property needs decorating to bring it up to standard. The standard of the interior furniture was not great. The ironing board was only half size.

2nd time around

This is our 2nd stay at this apartment and was just as great as the first time. Perfect location and the balcony is huge and great for soaking up the sun. We dealt with Viktor from Austen both times and if we had any problems he dealt with them quick and efficiently not that we really had any problems. We had our flight cancelled back to the UK and I asked Viktor if we could extend our stay and he managed to get us a great deal for an extra 3 weeks. Austen Reality have a great portfolio of properties and would recommend them for any holiday stay. Once again thanks to Viktor for all your help. Derek UK

Прекрасные апартаменты

Действительно прекрасные апартаменты. Прожила здесь три с половиной месяца с двумя детьми. Огромный плюс это большая терраса. Мы практически все вымерять проводили на ней. Есть возможность готовить барбекю, и есть много места для детских игр. Огромное спасибо Виктору! Он был очень внимателен, когда у меня возникли проблемы с пылесосом и сушилкой для вещей, он очень быстро всё решил. Отличный бонус это парковочное место. Необходимо отрегулировать работу морозильной камеры (образуется лёд на нижней полке) его приходится каждый день откалывать. Нахватает чайных ложек и ножей. В остальном все прекрасно! Спасибо!
