When staying at villa "Baan Suaan Serenity" we will be available to assist you with most of your needs. Upon arrival we will provide you with a smart phone with contact information and a direct contact line so you can get in touch with us anytime.We live less than five minutes from the villa.

We are a family and do like to sleep at night,though we will be contactable 24/7.

We are happy to help you with any requests ,trips or excursions. Both Neaw and Stephen have each worked in five star resorts(management) for the last 20 years.And we have lived and worked on the island for the last 10. Our knowledge of what to do and where to go on the island is extensive.

We also have good knowledge of organising and hosting special events. And we of course happy to help with event organisation(weddings etc) and logistics.Or we can simply give good tips if requested.

If you ask a question and we don't know the answer we will make a point of finding it out for you.

And of course if you just want to be left alone to enjoy the peaceful surrounds we will be happy to comply. We just want you to enjoy your stay.

With its own private gardens " Baan Suaan Serenity" offers a pretty unique living experience . Large living areas(the living room is 120 metres square). Soft natural pastel shades of green and yellow, decorated with traditional country scenes( from around the world) .Furnished in natural wood pieces, full of large leaf plants and orchids.The emphasis is very much in keeping with local nature.Well insulated the rooms of our villa are cool no matter what the temperature is outside. And of course fitted with all modern forms of communication for your leisure use should you want.

Close to several beautiful yet quiet beaches, three within a short walk.Means you can enjoy both the tropical and the beach experience Samui is famous for

Rest in our tropical gardens or take a short stroll down to any one of the three beaches nearby.
Don't feel like cooking? Thong Krut fisher-mans village with its many restaurants and relaxed beach side bars is only a walk away.

Some of the best temples and waterfalls and most of the islands best viewing experiences are South so why not be there? We have both the best sunrises and sunsets all very close and non of the heavy traffic or mass of people site seeing, shopping or dinning they have in the North.
Come where you can truly breath and enjoy the bounty of nature South Samui offers.

Set in large ,beautiful yet somehow intimate tropical gardens our villa is truly relaxing. Sit in the back garden and watch the cranes, kingfishers hunting for fish in our pond, which i must be honest my wife isn't to happy about. Watch the humming birds feeding on the tropical flowers.It never gets old.

Take a dip or simply lay by the salt water pool with a book. Enjoy an evening barbecue with a couple of chilled drinks in our traditional Thai sala. We promise you the noisiest thing you here will be the local fauna in and around the gardens.
The area is so peaceful that you can take one of the bicycles provided and enjoy the local plantations farms and tropical jungle. And due to the unique location of this property you get the benefits of being within walking distance of not one but three local beaches. The nearest of which(five minutes walk) being totally deserted and property free. Then theres Laem Sor beach(10 minutes walk) four kilometres of beautiful coastline with gently sloping sands ahead of you. This beach has very few villas and resorts.

Wan to go out? Thong Krut fisher mans village is only a kilometre away. Whether its a fresh cup of organically ground coffee with a sandwich , afternoon cocktails on the beach or good quality food, Thai and international its only five minutes away. Thong krut is also where a high percentage of Samui snorkeling trips depart from.

For fine dinning there are several international five star hotels within 10 minutes drive.

Essentially we believe that our villa offers all the privacy and advantages of a true hide-away whilst being located very conveniently should you wish to be more active.
