Old fisherman's house with sea views located in front of the beach in the Marina, between Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa.

The house has a living room with access to the terrace and the sandy beach, complete kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Air conditioner in the living room. Equipped with Wifi Internet

There is an interior patio and a direct front terrace to the sea to enjoy pleasant summer evenings.

The area is ideal for water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing and even others such as hiking or birdwatching, as the house is located just opposite the natural park of S'albufereta....
