This VRBO was the perfect spot in Folly! The beach boardwalk was right across the street and only a couple blocks from the main road of town! Was the perfect space for our girls weekend, was super clean and had plenty of linens and towels, which was needed for all of us girls! The host was super friendly and responsive, and she was great at relaying information - so much so that we got to get in earlier than 4 pm! 10/10 recommend

Great stay for my sister’s bachelorette party!

A group of 9 of us stayed here for our sister’s bachelorette party and we had a great time! It’s a fantastic location, just steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the main area where most of the restaurants and shops are. The house was clean and comfortable and has plenty of parking. We’re so glad we stayed here!

We booked this trip for a dual Bachelorette Party weekend and cannot be happier with our stay. The house was clean, gorgeous and perfect for a quick walk to the beach. There was a leak in the dining area on our one rainy day, but the host was very communicative, apologetic and was there within the hour to repair the leak. He was kind and speedy in the repair. All of us agree we’d book again and hope to be back soon!

This terrific home is just steps from the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location without paying beach front rates! Spacious home with well appointed bedrooms and an attentive host who is responsive and clearly wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. Enjoyed being just 2.5 blocks from Center St too. Being able to walk to dinner and morning coffee, but not feel like we were in a congested area was super nice!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and stayed here just for 2 nights. It was nice, the proximity to the beach access was really nice. My kids enjoyed that although we didn’t get much beach time. I’d definitely stay here again.

I grew up in Charleston and my grandson is the 4th generation born here. I grew up on James Island and started surfing at 15 and I am still surfing in my 60's! My wife Libby is from Georgetown, SC so she is a southern belle and rings joy in my life everyday!

This property is beautiful, well maintained and lives well. It is on second row so you have a good view of the ocean form our balconies and is a very short walk to the beach and the center of town.

What makes this property unique

This house has 5 comfortable bedrooms so large families or groups can stay and enjoy both time together and privacy too.
We have parking on West Ashely Ave and on Cooper Ave behind the property with 7 parking places so everyone should have a parking spot!
