Situated in the Costa Papagayo area in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Our lovely VV tourist licence registered villa has the added advantage of being set on a large plot with an extensive outdoor area of 400m2 consisting of a very spacious private walled rear terrace and garden area featuring a lovely 8m x 4m (1.4m depth) swimming pool offering complete privacy and stunning mountain views. This is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun all day. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The master bedroom with patio doors leading onto the pool terrace has a kingsize bed and a modern ensuite with bath and shower.The second bedroom has twin beds.The master and twin bedrooms have air conditioning ( coin operated ) and shutters fitted to all windows. There is a modern family bathroom with a stylish walk in shower. The kitchen with attached utility room is fully equipped including a microwave, air-fryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine for added convenience. The comfortable and spacious lounge/ dining room has a large patio door leading onto the extensive and private pool terrace and shaded pagoda area. There is additional outdoor tables and chairs and a comfortable seating area. The large terrace has an 8x4 metre private pool with Roman style steps, comfortable sunbeds and a large BBQ area featuring a stone Canarian style BBQ covered with a wooden pagoda and with further shaded seating and dining furniture.The villa is tastefully furnished , cleaned and maintained to a high standard by our local Property Managers. Free fast speed WIFI (upto 100mbps) is provided for all guests along with cable TV on a 43" smart TV that has the Full UK Sky package which includes Sky Sports , BT Sports , Sky Films and all terrestrial channels such as BBCā€™s , ITVā€™s - over 200 channels in all and over 4500 Movies on demand.The pool is solar heated all year. During the summer months additional heating is normally unnecessary, but from October to April the electric heater is also used and included in the price and will provide a pool temperature of 27Āŗ to 29Āŗ C. To the front of the villa is a driveway with covered parking. It is a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the front of Playa Blanca with its numerous bars , restaurants and the lovely sheltered Playa Dorada beach. The nearest supermarket is Aldi which is an easy 500 metres walk from the villa. All linen and towels are included (including a beach towel for each guest). The villa is legally registered ( VV) for holiday rental.

Great villa exactly as described, easy to walk to old town or marina. It was a great pool and whole place very private. Handy having good supermarkets close by (Aldi & Superdino). Nice welcome pack left for us and pre-arrival communication was very good. Would come back again.

As soon as we walked into the property we was impressed. Lovely size overall and the outside area is beautiful the pictures dont do it justice its huge!Bedrooms clean an comfy the AC was a cherry on top!Both Bathrooms were clean and showers were lovely.Pool was perfect size for a family of 3 and was cleaned twice while we were there for 10 days. Will definitely book again!

Absolutely stunning villa, immaculately clean and so well equipped- loved the Ninja! Definitely the best villa weā€™ve stopped in, communication with Susan was great and she was really helpful with advice and recommendations. Loved the pool, enjoyed floating about reading and relaxing. The location is great, an easy walk to the town or the marina and Aldi is a very short walk away. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated after a late flight. We canā€™t wait to come again!

One of the best Villaā€™s we have stayed in Lanzarote.From very first contact with the owner right up to the day we were leaving communication was excellentIdeal location for us, with a five minute taxi journey to either Playa Blanca central or Rubicon Marina in the other direction.A large pool which was well heated and easy to swim in.Inside the Villa, we had TV with all UK Channels and sports .Equipment wise, the Villa has everything.

Wonderful stay at Casa Destino!

From the moment we contacted Sue the communication was superb and we knew we were in safe hands. The villa is extremely well appointed, is in a quiet area with around a 20-25 minute walk to either the town or marina. The swimming pool is amazing and we will not hesitate and we will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Slight improvements needed but on the whole nice villa

The main bedroom with ensuite desperately needs a new mattress as the old memory foam mattress doesnā€™t Reform back to its shape leaves massive dips in the bed. this was reported to the owner we followed her instructions, but unfortunately did not work .We eventually had to sleep in the spare room which had horrible spring mattresses for the money we paid we would expect a lot better than this, no air-conditioning in the lounge it was very hot. It is definitely needed for some reason it was not working.The curtains in the main lounge area do not block out the Sun and need attention on the rail as theyā€™re very difficult to close. Once closed, they do slightly stop the insects. Quite dark in both bathrooms, even though they have two lights maybe the bulbs could be a bit stronger. A couple of items, especially bedding items had to be re-washed as they had mascara still on them. We had a lovely gift package waiting for us. The kitchen was very well stocked. Lovely fridge freezer. Fantastic English television to watch the villa itself was quite big swimming pool fantastic.

Lovely holiday

We loved our 10 day stay at Villa Destino. We are very familiar with the location as we have stayed in other villas on this street before. A hire car is beneficial as it's quite far from the hub but that is fine for us. You can easily call a taxi to go out in the evening costing around 4-5 Euros each way to town or the marina. The villa is very clean and well equipped. Great views of the mountains whilst still having complete privacy due to the high walls. The pool is lovely and warm so our children spent many hours playing & swimming. Great communication with the owner. 5 stars all round.

Happy in Playa Blanca

Our 1st visit to the Canary Islands was delightful. We enjoyed our stay, enjoying the outdoor areas pool,seating etc, where we spent most of our time. The weather was sunny and 20 nearly every day. Great experience.

A great week in December

We enjoyed one week at the Villa in a quiet environment; the villa is very comfortable and equipped with a heated swimming pool in December. Everything is in line with the announcement and pictures. To be recommended.

Lovely villa, well situated in an extremely peaceful location. The town was about a 25 minute stroll away and marina rubicon, slightly further, but taxis were cheap and plentiful. Definitely a villa we would return to.

Playa Blanca villa

We had a great 9 days at this well equipped villa with plenty of outdoor space, including a large private pool and sun terrace that isn't overlooked as the properties close by are single story. Communication from the owners and property management team couldn't be faulted, with a quich response to emails. Only downside was having to leave as we wished we'd been able to stay longer. We've stayed in a number of villas over the years, and this is one of the few that we would look to stay in again.

Casa Destino Playa Blanca

As frequent visitors to Playa Blanca we have stayed in many villas. Casa Destino rates amongst the best. It is tastefully decorated & well equipped. The outside space is impressive with comfortable seating areas & choice of dining spaces. BBQ area is exceptional & heated pool is a bonus. The villa has been maintained to a high standard & was spotlessly clean. A great deal of thought has gone into making Casa Destino the perfect holiday retreat.

Fab week in this well equipped villa with pool. Quiet location yet able to walk to beach/center although car was useful to carry things back from the supermarket. Excellent communication from hosts we will be back

Great outdoor space

Location of property is 20 minute walk to shops/bus station/restaurant/beach and Playa Blanca is a lovely place to visit Plenty of space for a couple and a glorious view of the mountains Exterior space is the highlight of this property and part of a good communal complex All the amenities are there and plenty of pots/pans etc and even had a cleaner and pool man turn up Would recommend this place as even without the use of a car as bus service is good standard

Great Holiday Villa

12 wonderful days at this Villa. True to the pictures with a very good sized pool, and outdoor space. Situated in a quite area, not overlooked with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Playa Blanca is a great holiday destination, get a car to see the best of it. Lanzarote has a small population so the roads are very quite. We took a Camel ride at Timanfaya , something to remember Good correspondence with the owner and the management company when needed. We would return again. Wendy and Nick

Excellent Villa

Just returned from Villa Destino after a great 7 night stay. Straight from the first contact with Sue, the booking process and communication were excellent. Emails and messages always answered and in a very short time. We holiday at least twice per year in Playa Blanca and have stayed in this area before so location is excellent for us as we enjoy walking into town and Regular walks to Marina Rubicon. The villa is spotlessly clean and your every need is well catered for. We will definitely return in the future as it was just perfect! Thanks Sue for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Lovely private villas, with heated pool.

We had a fantastic relaxing time at the villa, the outside area is very large, pool lovely and warm, everything you need in the villa, very clean and well maintained. Thank you Sue for the welcome basket, the owner Sue made booking easy.. would highly recommend, would love to return to Playa Blancaā€™ as beach shops, and restaurants within a 20 min walk. P.S the marina market sat/wed is well worth a look.
