Your day could start with a walk or bike ride in the morning air along the extensive walking and biking trails. After, head out to play tennis, pickle ball, or bocce with your new friends and neighbors. Shop the many stores and malls close by while having lunch at some of the great restaurants. It doesn't seem possible, but I've been hosting my properties in Vermont where I'm from off and on for about 10 years now with VRBO. I take hosting seriously and understand that every guest deserves a great experience while also ensuring that my neighbors are enjoying their vacation homes when I'm hosting. Because I use this condo in Naples so much for my own personal enjoyment, I'm not a landlord that just collects the payment and doesn't care about my guests experience because this is a space that is truly my home. I know the beds are comfortable because my family and friends sleep in them. The appliances work. The kitchen has everything you could ever want to prepare a meal because I cook and host dinners there for my friends and family. But above all, I know how special this place is because whenever anyone enters the condo, they are struck by the incredible beauty and serenity of the views of the golf and preserve.

Why they chose this property

Bay Forest is one of the hidden gems of No. Naples and rentals in this community don't come up often. It's close to the Ft. Myers Airport, I-75 and 41, great shopping and restaurants, and only 10 minutes to the sandy beach that you can see from the lanai.

What makes this property unique

There's so many reasons why this condo is one that is rare to find. First, the view of the Gulf and sunsets is incredibly. We've seen the famous "green flash" at sunset more than once from the lanai. It's also a top floor end unit. There's no one walking above your head and it offers a unique floor plan that offers the rare flexibility of a condo to allow for two couples or a family to stay together in almost separate wings. Finally, the community is welcoming and special. The reason I know that is because many renters either end up renting for decades or buying their own unit.
