Newly renovated corner unit with wrap around lanai. Gorgeous private views with no other condos in sight so you can enjoy the sunsets and watch the dolphins and manatees. Delnor-Wiggins State Park is a short 5 minute walk from your door.

The new open kitchen features white shaker cabinets, granite and beautiful new high-end GE Cafe Appliances. The kitchen is outfitted for the serious cook; however, there are many great restaurants nearby.

You can choose to dine at the new kitchen island, in the dining room, or outside on the private lanai. The under-cabinet LED lighting and dimmers in the kitchen can create a nice romantic mood for dining.

The recently completely renovation features beachwood porcelain tile throughout the condo and the lanai. The unit also comes equipped with a new GE washer and dryer.

The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, fresh linens, dresser, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and master bath with beautiful new tile and granite topped vanity. The master also includes its own private lanai.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, fresh linens, cottage style furniture, spacious closet and a private bath with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom also has fantastic water views.

This condo is even more beautiful than the pictures. And The water views are astounding. Donna could not have been more responsive. The building manager was also extremely helpful. Our stay was perfect!

I loved this condo. Beautiful view, well equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms. Comfortable beds. Good washer and dryer. Nice condo building. Appreciated cleaning supplies. I would be happy to rent this again.

Beautiful condo, nicely furnished and decorated with well equipped kitchen.

We have rented in the Naples area the past four springs, and Anna Maria several years also. This property was by far our favorite. Outstanding views of the bay and the state park. We saw dolphins almost every day, manatees and lots of shore birds. Nice TV in both bedrooms as well as the family room with a great cable package. We like to cook and have been disappointed in the past with the kitchen, but this kitchen is extremely well equipped. We rented bikes and had no trouble getting them delivered and there are a couple of bike racks to lock them up. The pool was very nice and was never overly crowded. Outstanding property and we would love to rent again.

Comfortable and beautiful condo

This condo has been beautifully remodeled. The open floor plan is wonderful. A view from every room! The host was easy to work with and made our stay effortless. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels and plenty of basics to get you started on a relaxing holiday. The lanai view was awesome. Sunsets, dolphins, lots of birds to watch. Highly recommend!

Even more beautiful than the pics!!

Views from the condo are amazing. Saw dolphins while enjoying our coffee on the wrap around deck. Grilled out by the pool a couple of times. Lap pool is warm & clean. Easy 5 min. walk to gulf beach. Donna was great to work with. Only rated check in lower because of all the forms and info the office needed. Not comfortable having to give social security numbers and bank account number just to rent!

A fabulous stay.

We arrived to find this two bedroom, two bathroom condo in immaculate condition. The kitchen was unbelievably well stocked with high-quality items. We wanted for nothing. The overall decor of the unit was of an extremely high taste level. The views from the corner lanai were spectacular. You looked out on a private lagoon, the state park and the gulf beyond that. Unbelievably calming and serene. It was a joy to take meals out there and enjoy unparalleled sunsets every night. The owner was very reachable and very easy to work with.
