Belle villa moderne à Ciudad Quesada (Doña Pepa) près de l'hôtel spa La Laguna

La villa Anna Deluxe (2017) récemment rénovée et moderne est entièrement clôturée et est alarmée, avec portail électrique. Il y a l'air conditionné dans toutes les chambres et le chauffage au sol pendant les mois d'hiver.

À l'extérieur: piscine 9 x 4 avec éclairage et beaucoup de salon et salon extérieur et salle à manger sous la terrasse couverte.

Il y a un barbecue et un parking pour une voiture. Le vaste terrain a été planté de palmiers et de conifères.

Buanderie: Il y a une machine à laver.

Nettoyage / Serviettes / Linge: Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis, même les serviettes de plage. La propriété (service de ménage sur demande) être nettoyée sur une base hebdomadaire i (paiement supplémentaire facturé par heure).

L'électricité, l'eau, les serviettes, les draps sont inclus dans le prix.

La villa propose un hébergement meublé joliment moderne pour 4 personnes qui pourront profiter de son emplacement isolé dans le quartier résidentiel privé de Dona Pepa I, Cuidad Quesada. L'établissement bénéficie d'un bon emplacement et offre une vue imprenable sur un parc et les lacs salés de La Mata et Torrevieja depuis sa terrasse sur le toit.

Le parc aquatique local (Ciudad Quesada) est à 4 km, et celui de Torrevieja est à 12 km, et le golf local (La Marquesa) est à 4 km de la villa. La maison est prévue d'un système d'alarme connecté qui transfère toutes les alertes à une centrale et toutes les portes et fenêtres ont des grilles de sécurité.

A moins de 500 m de la villa se trouve un bel hôtel 4 * avec spa (hammam et sauna, aromathérapie, massage, jaccuzi ....) dans la même zone autour de l'hôtel, vous trouverez une sélection de bars et restaurants .... à environ 300 m de l'autre côté de la villa il y a plus de magasins et de restaurants, et un bon supermarché. Cette villa est très appropriée pour une famille de 4 ou deux couples qui souhaitent profiter d'une luxueuse villa pour leurs vacances.

Great welcome from Els, and earlier than the usual check in time. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, warm and had every amenity you could need for a great stay. Lovely outside area will definitely book again.

Terrible we had no heated pool on arrival had to wait two days for it to heat up! main bathroom was supposed to have a jacuzzi bath but it didn’t work cold water and shower was pathetic … tv in bedroom wasn’t working was told we would have something special for our 40th anniversary and nothing!….no proper details no welcome pack we where just left to figure things out???

The bath was used by the clients just before and was fine. just when this clients come broke the thermostat, it cost me 2 weeks to repair it. Those things happen. What the tv about in the bedroom... thats a tv what clients con use with free channels. the main TV has IP-TV and has all the channels of the UK and rest of the world. The she complaint the drain wasn't ok, m so the Plummer can and it was in 15 min ok. Se had hair Tull here bud, when she left we had to clean the drain again. Here husband was a really nice man, but she was complaining the time. the villa was sop dirty when she left... and if she wants coming back and she pays me 4 times the money I want let her in. So to other retal owners, don't let her in. I had to react to this review

Beautiful modern property

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Just as described in the listing and as lovely as the photos suggest. The area was so peaceful which was just what we were looking for. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in quality accommodation then you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Villa

Just returned from a weeks stay and cannot fault the villa at all. Absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The terrace and pool area is amazing and even has inflatables for you to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Nearest supermarket and bars are a 10 minute walk away. Elsa met us at the property and is a great host. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

PROPERTY WAS BRILLIANT.

This property was fantastic, very high end and clean. Only thing we were dissatisfied with was the swimming pool as this was advertised as heated however there was no cover which meant the pool held no heat and was too cold to use.Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Villa

Everything was as described on the Vrbo web-site description. The managers, Ricky and Els, were excellent hosts. We didn't need them very often but when we did they were superb. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The highlight for us was definitely the pool – it was crystal clear and inviting, perfect for cooling off in the heat. The garden area with the palm trees added such a serene and calming atmosphere. The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, and the nearby lounge chairs were great for sunbathing. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again!

Great villa

Els & Ricky were great hosts and available if required. Villa was well furnished and comfortable. The pool was fantastic but will be even better when the cover is fitted to allow the the higher temperature to be maintained. Everything you need is provided in the villa. Very quiet area for the period of our stay. We benefited from having a car to explore the local area.

Oct-Nov stay

From start to when we left, both Ricky and Els were available and helpful. The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, tidy and modern. You will definitely need a car to stay here although there are some lovely restaurants within 20 minutes walk, I would definitely recommend the Grand Italien Restaurant, absolutely brilliant.

Family June Break

We have just had a lovely break in this Villa. This is our second stay and we plan to return. The villa is exactly as described. Large clean and well equipped. The pool area is so tropical with new additional lights for the evening to sit and relax on terrace. The owners are very helpful if you need anything. Fantastic

Fabulous villa in perfect, quiet location great for exploring region. Villa is equipped with everything you will need, has a great pool area and is very secure. Ricky is the perfect host, there to show you where everything is and how everything works, very friendly and accommodating, we are really grateful he allowed us to remain in villa on departure day due to a cancelled flight - thank you! We will definitely be returning in the near future

I am a man who born in Belgium and worked in the coal mine until i had a car accident on my 20th birthday caused by a drunken truck-driver. Since the accident do I sit in a wheelchair, I am an interior designer - architect, landscaper and try to enjoy my life as good as possible. I am married since 1992 with a nice woman and we have a daughter together.
We came to the Costa Blanca in the year 1995 for my health, I must say this was no mistake, my health is much better then when we left Belgium.

I like to ask you, why not try the Costa Blanca for your holiday? Our area has an enormous variety of attractions for all ages and interests. Sporting facilities including four 18 hole golf courses, 5 full size bowling greens, several marinas, tennis, squash, fishing, windsurfing and horse-riding are only some of the many activities that are available within a 20 km radius of our location.

There are several safe guarded beaches that have been recognised for their quality by the granting of a Blue Flag - The European Union for Ecological Quality symbol of approval. The beaches have facilities for water sports and sun-bathing. The sands are a paradise for the children.

Our villa is near citrus fruit plantations which are characteristic of this part of the Costa Blanca and enjoy spectacular views of the salt lakes at La Mata and Torrevieja.
Come and join us! We are certain you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in a mild and agreeable climate that has over 300 hundred sunny days each year and is recommended by the World Health Organization.

The villa has to offer you a lot, is completely private and has 2 bedrooms with TV, connected at the Internet, Floor-heating, Electric shutters, Double glassed windows, wooden oak floors, air-conditioning, Living-room provided with a large table for 6 people, the TV launch has a very nice relaxing sofa, IPTV, Internet, DVD, Stereo-installation, Air-conditioning, fully equipped dream kitchen, glass table with 4 chairs, seats covers with leather... there is to much to tell... please look at the pictures and even then you didn't see all

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The area around the pool is of composite with Led lights, so in the evening & at night this gives a nice and relaxing view. You are on holiday when you sit there on the terrace overlooking the pool with his palm-trees with a good glass of red wine or a beer, seeing the children enjoying the pool. It's so nice with the lights around the pool at night, it gives me personal the feeling I am in Thailand.
