Exclusive 60 sqm apartment in the heart of Milan, a 5-minute walk from the new Porta Nuova district and the historic Brera area. Located on the second floor overlooking the street, the property offers a wonderful "pied a terre" for those wishing to venture into the heart of Milan. The apartment offers the possibility to accommodate 2 people, but can be adapted to groups of 4, also having a double sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is large and bright, with high ceilings and generous sizes, the double bed comes with goose down, extra pillows and blankets are kept in the wardrobes. The dining room has a sofa with a peninsula that can be turned into a bed, a table with chairs and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. There are television, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. The accessories complete an ironing board with relative iron. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi should be added. For those who access the area by car there is the possibility (for a fee) to park in the discrete garage on the ground floor with exclusive access to the side door, remember that we are within the "zone C" subject to payment in certain timetables and periods. The heating is autonomous and customizable.

So clean, spacious, & full of amenities

This apartment is so beautifully renovated and spacious, I gasped when I first entered. The space is so clean, two full bathrooms, great showers, laundry, and full kitchen. We stayed through a weekend and the apartment was so peaceful and quiet. Loved the espresso machine. The host provided everything you’d expect from a top-rated Vrbo, including easy check-in and great communication. The neighborhood is also lovely. If you’re debating staying here, book it!

A really nice property. His apartment is like staying in a first class hotel. The beds are nicely made. With welcoming food to start with. Where can you find an apt. that has a robe for guests, a nice thick robe. Nicely arranged in a glass drawer. That’s for first class hotels. The place is very clean.We are awed by how he had prepared his apt. Of all the places we’ve stayed at, this was the best. I highly recommend it!

Serene Sanctuary Steps from Historic Brera

Our stay at the apartment in the heart of Milan was nothing short of delightful! Nestled just a short stroll from the vibrant Porta Nuova district and the historic charm of Brera, the location was perfect. The bedroom was a serene haven, spacious and well-lit, offering a touch of luxury with its bedding. The living and dining area was inviting, and the fully-equipped kitchen ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The option of garage parking was a welcome feature, especially given we had a rental car we had to return early in the morning. Truly, this apartment is a gem in Milan, blending luxury and convenience seamlessly. Highly recommended for a premium stay in the city!

Apartamento en Porta Nova

Al principio resulto un poco complejo manejarse con una sola llave, ya que los huespedes eramos 3 adultos.. Finalmente nos habituamos al modo propuesto . Mas sencillo: disponer al menos de dos juegos de llaves. Gran problema con el agua para ducharse. Solo había agua caliente disponible a la misma hora para el primero que tomara una ducha. Manteniendo dos dormitorios en uso, el living room no existe. Solo tiene dos ambientes. El barrio muy bueno

Grazie per la sua cortese risposta. L appartamento è sempre stato come vede nelle foro, si capisce abbastanza chiaramente che ci sono due ambienti. Se l’ospite però vuole si può preparare una camera unica con un sofà letto e un letto matrimoniale. Un cordiale saluto.
