Paradise Found !! Venez vous détendre dans cette maison magnifiquement rénovée sur les rives du lac Osoyoos. Récemment entièrement meublé, des énormes canapés, des appareils en acier inoxydable aux comptoirs en granit, aucun détail n'a été oublié. Profitez des journées sur les 70 pieds de la plage privée ou prélassez-vous simplement sur l'immense terrasse de 600 pieds carrés.

Les parcours de golf de championnat et les vignobles de renommée mondiale sont tous à vos pas. Profitez des différentes variétés de fruits frais cultivés dans l'un des nombreux vergers locaux. Cette ville désertique abrite le lac d'eau douce le plus chaud du Canada, qui est parfait pour tous vos besoins de sports nautiques.

We all loved the house. There was 7 adults and 3 children we had enough room. House was as pictured. Geoff our host was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with, if we had questions he would answer right away. Would recommend staying here.

Great lakefront property

Great location, great property, great overall experience. Sleeps 9 comfortably, loved that they allowed pets, we had our dog with us and he enjoyed the backyard space on the water. The place is nicer then what the pictures show and more open. Overall great experience.

Perfect, quiet, comfortable lakeside getaway

Perfect quiet location to host friends and family. Plenty of room, lots of parking and very well equipped kitchen. Huge deck with lots of seating, beautiful views, great BBQ. Enjoyed the firepit on the beach. Geoff was great to deal with! We stayed for a month and absolutely loved the cottage and quiet location! Perfect for bird watching (saw baby owls), wine tourism and biking (adjacent to the KVR).

Beautiful view across the lake. We ran away from the snow and cold in Edmonton area. The house is cozy wirh everything you need and the owner is only a text away and helped any time we needed it. Spent 2 months - it went by so fast - explored backroads and the wineries. Loved it!

Beautiful location, house could use some updating

The location of this property is wonderful! Lakeside, only a 10 minute drive into Osoyoos town. The cottage is quite spacious and worked well for our group of 7 adults and one dog. The only negative is that the interior of the house needs some TLC and repairs ( For example: the top bunk bed, the shower, fry pans). Just a little sprucing up and this property would be a 5star.

A little jewel in the most beautiful part of a Osoyoos

From the moment you pull up to the front door it feels like home, it is a very spacious well laid out home on the beach. This charming little home had everything we needed including a state of the art Jacuzzi tub which was a real treat both the main bedrooms at Patti doors opening up to their own deck and $1 million view of the lake The host was extremely accommodating and very quick to get back to us on any questions we had communication was excellent we were really impressed! Looking forward to our next visit would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing out of the way get away! Literally five minutes out of town minutes to beautiful wineries quiet neighborhood

Hey there. As I previously mentioned, I would reach out to vrbo and ask them where your deposit is as you booked your stay thru them. I never physically had your damage deposit nor did I claim any damages. They have a really great customer service team and I'm sure they can sort this out for you! There was a RAT infestation

Overall it could have been a nice enough place that has a perfect location! But there was multiple rats in the crawl space making it in the kitchen at night. Host put out traps and didn’t seem to really think it was an issue. They were there since day one till the end. This seem unacceptable and we would not recommend this properly or host to anyone. Also we will not use VRBO anymore as there’s no real standard attached to properties.

They checked in on Saturday, I was not alerted to the issue until Tuesday morning. Upon being notified I was there within 2hrs to assess the situation. I arrove with my Dad and we noticed signs of rodent droppings. We spent 1.5hrs cleaning the problem areas, garage and crawl space. It looked like some previous guests had left some garbage in the garage thus creating an attractant. The house is surrounded by orchards and vineyards so mice, rats, raccons, skunks etc are all common for the area. After everything was tidied up we set 10 traps. I came back the following day to check them and caught the one rodent. All the other traps were untouched and remained that way throughout the rest of the week as I came back to check regularly. There definitely was not a "rat infestation". I run a watersports business so I offered them a free hr on the seadoo for their hassles. This was a special family and they let me know that my prompt attention to this matter and rectifying this issue plus my offers were not enough for them. I then offered to refund them the $280 extra guest fee or 2hr on the seadoo or a 1hr watersport package on my boat. She requested a full day on the seadoo and I made her one final offer of 3hrs on seadoo ($375 value) or to just deal with vrbo directly. She took me up of this offer and I believe I did everything I could to rectify the situation in a prompt and courteous manner. They left the house a disaster and i had noise complaints from the neighbor. AVOID!!

Nice Beach House! Great host.

The beach house is nice, very comfortable. It has an awesome view, big deck with bbq. Geoff, the owner, is a great host, quickly respond to any issues and questions. He also owns ATB Watersports. We rented a boat and we had the best boat tour and enjoyed a lot of fun water activities. Highly recommend this place and will consider renting again. Thank you Geoff.

The pictures do not do it justice! This place was amazing. Massive deck with lake views and lots of patio seating. BBQ. Layout of space is perfect for everyone to be together. Boating offered by host is perfect - picks you up right in the backyard off the dock. Our group spends time in the Okanagan every year and this was one of the best places we stayed at !

A cute cottage on the lake

My friend and I stayed with our three young children. Very cute cottage with an absolutely beautiful view and nice big deck. Our toddlers enjoyed the little beach. We wished it was within walking distance to a playground or pool, or stores- but it is a short drive into town. Overall a lovely stay.

Even though neighbours were close it still felt very private. Pictures do not do this place justice. Kitchen is well appointed. Bed are comfortable. Kids had so much fun on the rocky beach. Owner was quick to reply when sent a text. Would consider this property in the future.

Two Thumbs Up!

Had a lot of fun renting this beach house. Brought in food, got the boat set up on the dock and didnt leave for a week. Had everything we needed and then some. Wish we could have stayed another week here. Thank you Geoff.

Nice Easter weekend getaway

Our family loved the fact that this proprty was right on the beach. We had a really nice quiet and peaceful time. The fire pit was a bonus. The house was comfortable and well stocked.

A great reflection with nature.

If you have been searching for the perfect place to make family memories with nature all around you, look no further. The Beach house is nestled right on the beach of Osoyoos Lake. Hidden just below fields of Orchards. Eagles, water fowl, and a abundance of birds can be seen right from the back patio window. You will wish you had your camera in your hand when you approach it. You will find the layout of the Beach house nicely appointed and will accommodate your family, and then some. You will find Geoff to be very helpful and available whenever needed.
