Welcome to your home away from home!!

Our home offers you peace and tranquility. A fantastic open layout and gorgeous enclosed sunroom (my favourite) and outdoor patio with BBQ and seating.

The well appointed home is located in the meadows. The tranquility of this upscale gated community is a popular holiday spot for family and friends.

You're steps away from the beach where you can spend the evening with family & friends playing beach volleyball or enjoying the sunsets with s'mores around one of the fire pits. You could also visit the local wineries or fruit stands located at every corner.
Available for further relaxation are two large pools, two hot tubs, clubhouse & gym.

If you are a skier, this amazing vacation destination is close to Mount Baldy or 11/2 hour from Big White. Those looking for excitement we're close to Area 27, a luxury race track with 227 acres, for motorsport enthusiasts.

The open concept great room/kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and allows for meal time prep conversations with family/friends. The dining table in the sunroom seats six comfortably for indoor meals alternately you can sit at the beautiful granite island.

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house. We felt very welcome ( the welcome basket , with wine and munchies so thoughtful!) Very safe in your gated community. Just a few minor things.. more paring knifes in the kitchen and one of the upstairs door handles fell off.We have already recommended to one person for their family gathering. Cozy, Relaxing & Comfy

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely a place to get away and relax. Kids loved finding the hand painted rocks throughout the property! Would definitely recommend this specific cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Mini Escape to Wine country

This property was perfect for everything we wanted. Location was perfect, we did a great half day wine tour and visited other sites in the area. Groceries in Osoyoos had everything we needed. We cooked several dinners in the well supplied kitchen, coffee on the patio and in the sunroom. The house was spacious and as described and the Cottages development is excellent with access to the beach and other amenities. Will definitely consider this for a return to the area as a great base.

Home base for skiing at Apex and Baldy

Excellent place for 5 older gentlemen (or a family) on a ski trip. Very nice house. Comfortably furnished with a nice kitchen. A short walk to hot tub.

Had a great stay at the property. The home had everything you needed from all cookware to soaps and shampoo. Owners were awesome to deal with and made sure everything was easy from check in to check out. Would definitely stay there again.

Fully equipped house with all the little details available. Pool and beach are spectacular. A bit of a walk to pool and beach but property provided a wagon and beach chairs for us to use which was thoughtful.

Beautiful Meadow Cottage

Cottage has a great layout for family with kids nice little bonus room upstairs for laptop or Lego. Master bedroom and ensuite beautiful.

We would go again

We had a great stay at Shirley’s cottage, it was comfortable and as described in the listing. The cottage was very clean and Shirley was great in getting back to us with any questions we had or anything that was needed. The resort is a great place for families. The lake is fun and the amenities at the resort are amazing. All in all it was a very lovely stay at the cottage and we would definitely like to return. Thankyou for hosting us!

Spotless accommodations

Enjoyed 3 great weeks at this lovely, comfortable, very clean and well organized cottage. Everything you need and great for a family vacation. Owners great to deal with. While not a big deal, the only negative would be outdoor patio furniture is basic chairs with fire pit vs comfy seating and a table and all beds are IKEA standard not Beautyrest quality if that’s what your back needs.! Our family loved the cottage and we will definitely return.

Amazing property, fantastic owners!

Check in was a breeze and accurate to the listing. The owners were very receptive in communication. The cottage was extremely clean and well stocked of the essentials. How perfect is to see the vineyards and the beach all in one location. The grounds are meticulously groomed and the cottage was extremely clean. A great location to stay with your family and friends especially young ones as they had a pool, beach and playground. Great value and will definitely book again at the Franz cottage! Don’t miss out on this booking!

Well-appointed fantastic vacation property

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house at the Osoyoos Cottages. Everything went smoothly: from booking to payment to communication with Kevin and Shirley, to check in and check out. The house had everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable and well-stocked with staples and housewares. We’d definitely book again. One thing to know though about many of the properties at the Cottages- it’s definitely worth renting a golf cart for your stay to help with lugging stuff to and from the beach.

Great stay in Osoyoos

We enjoyed our stay in this brand new, well equipped cottage; it was tastefully decorated, with personality. The walk to the beach was made easy by the wagon that was provided, and the sun room was the perfect place to eat meals. The neighbours were quiet and courteous and we enjoyed relaxing evenings around the fire table. The Ikea mattresses were fine for us, but might not be comfortable for everyone. Shirley was a great host and we hope to be back!

Kevin & Shirley’s Osoyoos cottage was very well equipped with everything you need. The owners were very responsive as an example, we had a issue with the cable service and within 30 minutes the owner had the cable provider on the phone to resolve the issue.

Fun wine tasting trip with friends

Beautiful cottage with all the amenities of home. Lovely welcome treats (even wine!). Great community with pool/recreation centre and nice beach area too! I was there with friends, who were staying at the cottage next door, and primarily there to enjoy the many wineries around Osoyoos and Oliver. It was a fabulous location! We even bicycled to several wineries. The fire table was greatly enjoyed in the evening. The hosts were kind and very responsive to all queries. Simply a wonderful get away!
